Recent clips: it automatically saves the latest X clips (where you can configure this X number in the settings, excluding for example clips bigger than a concrete size or by type). Pinned clips: it is an easy way to have all your most-used pins handy. They will appear automatically when you trigger the ClipClip windows without needing to search/navigate through your saved clips folder. Saved clips: you can save and organize into folders/subfolders your favourite clips. It's useful for URLs, IPs, templates, paths, license keys, commands, addresses, and any other thing that you can imagine. Pros It saves me tons of time. Because of my work I need to copy/paste a lot in different contexts, and in all of them ClipClip helps me to be faster and more efficient. Its main features are: recent clips, pinned clips and saved clips (I will talk about them in other section). It's extremely easy to use because of its user-friendly GUI. It also allows you to manage screenshots although I don't use it for that purpose. It also includes another features as capitalizing text (with different variations), replacing text, hash generator, etc which I use from time to time. Cons I only have found little things that I can consider annoying. For example, sometimes I need to paste formatted text, and it is not pasted properly - I haven't found the reason because sometimes it does well, and sometimes it doesn't. Other thing I don't like is when you trigger the ClipClip window (typically by pressing Ctrl + Shift + V), you can't directly search within your clips as the selection is automatically focus on the recent clips section so you have to press up arrow key or click into the search field, but it is a minor "issue". The last thing I don't like is that some things are not explained (or at least not properly) in the manual, which is a Google Doc document. I appreciate the clear view of the copied items and the ease with which you can toggle between what you have copied, pinned and saved. Cons Well...there's room for improvement as well. I'd like the software to minimize to the tray and not to the taskbar area. It would also be a good idea to be able to open the clipboard manager by single-click. And, finally, the clipboard manager should be able to remain active/ on top after pasting an item. Luckily I stumbled on ClipClip. Some other products that I have tried, they claimed to have XXX features but in reality its very hard to access them. With ClipClip, its got everything that I need. I could not imagine working without it. Pros The ability to store frequently used clips of text saves me, and my team hours each day. Many of the emails I send involve rapid-fire pasting of saved pieces of text. The ability to copy screenshots is invaluable. We frequently need to send maps in our documents. Clip-Clip makes it easy. Clip-Clip's ability to store files on One Drive is a game-changer. I can work on my desktop and then at home on my laptop and all of my clips are there. Cons I cannot think of a single con. Hence, I'm able to respond to emails much faster, which helps me provide better customer service. Pros The best feature of the Clip Clip software was saving a large number of clips to my clipboard that I tend to use over and over when emailing clients, responding to general inquiries in writing about my business, and including frequently used details about my work and pricing.
