Pros We love being able to track individual donors and being able to document in detail our contact information, touch points, and types of donations. Cons The reports feature is confusing with little information on each report type. If you click on the blue question mark icon in the top right of the screen you can find all of the details there. But the customer service reps worked with me and helped me to understand it and learn to pull reports. I had posted a not so good review at first, but wanted to be sure to update that I am actually happy with the program now that I have worked with it longer. I am still learning and the rep is going to do an onsite staff training with us which is amazing. Pros Once I learned the system, it became easy to navigate. Can do reports in a breeze now. Cons Sometimes it will boot me out, which is an inconvenience, but can usually get right back into it Review Source JG Juan G. When questions arise help is a phone call away. Cons There is always a learning curve to new software. Pros I like the ease of entering new constituents, donations and pulling reports. Cons Creating documents could be much easier. The copy/paste feature of the url seems tedious. The online registration page is a big hit! Pros Integration was easy, and I liked the clean, effective outward-facing features like the online donation page. Cons I experienced a learning curve in the use of the software, and I found it intimidating at first. Reason for choosing Charityproud Charityproud was much more cost-effective, and also other nonprofits in our community recommended Charityproud. Having one person throughout this entire process has been wonderful. Pros We like the Charityproud platform because it is easy to use, affordable and allows us to capture data for our grants, volunteers, campaigns all in one program. Cons An app that we could send an URL for volunteers to check in and out to capture their times and events. February 12, 2021 5.0 Great product and costumer service. Pros I love the grant tracking features. It has made it very easy for my team to keep up with grant writing and reporting. Cons We have not yet figured out how to use the volunteer tracking system. When we tried, volunteers could see all of our information which is not what we want.
