The V4 API makes things even easier and allows combining different types of requests. Their customer support is excellent and provides detailed answers and helpful suggestions. The API sandbox tool is useful to generate real responses to different inputs. Cons If the API sandbox tool could provide access to more edge cases, ideally every possible response code, it would take some of the guesswork out of implementing the client side. These are automatically done and the system is proactively monitored by LocationSmart. Any tendencies or trends that appear to be sharply off or steadily changed over time are noted and discussed with LocationSmart in the event anything might be ging wrong. Pros They service is easy to integrate into our backend system for automated location calls to our servers. Any questions or issues that arise are easily or quickly answered and handled by any and all staff. Cons Nothing at the moment. Maybe that I had more time to dig and gain insights from our use over time.
