Occasionally i get the updates and use the latest features added by the owner. Pros The ease of use, the setup was quick and I can send my emails without paying a huge subscription fee to Autoresponder companies out there. December 30, 2019 5.0 Very happy with the power of this tool, if you need to send emails in bulk, you need this! Pros Ok, this is not the easiest tool to use and setup, but, if you know what you are doing, I can surely say this is THE MOST powerful email tool that you have full control out there. You can use multiple servers, setup accounts, setup automations and even make money with it! for a single payment? Let me know if you find something better, I doubt it. We bought this a couple of years ago, and it's super useful for us. It's hard to describe all the details since is such a complete tool, but take my word, if you want to send emails and setup accounts for email marketing for clients, you need this. Cons This tool is a little hard to set up, but, it's a not a tool to be used by users without any knowledge. If you are the end user, look for something else. Review Source Eugene B. Pros Very cheap, as I use it together with Amazon SES I get a very cheap solution, compare to SaaS alternatives. Cons Require a lot of technical knowledge, and tweaking, which wastes some time. Senior Manager Publishing Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Very Useful Product for Email Marketing" August 12, 2022 5.0 overall experience is very good i will 10 out of 10 mark to the software creator Pros I am using the software since last five years and having no issue, it was designed in such manner that any one can see the video and installed though you are a developer or not, They keep providing updates on regular basis to improve software functionality. Also the forum they have created which help to resolve the issue and they also provide customer support in case if you are facing some problem after updating the software though they charged around 70-75 USD for 6 month. I always prefer the software to whom they just starting the email marketing Cons There is only thing which happens after updating panel is to clear cache, if it was not clear automatically. Pros I liked the fact that the product required a one-time fee and can integrate with many other services. Cons There is very little to dislike about the product, other than in the past you didn't have to get a new license for every installation in the past, but that is understandable. " January 18, 2018 5.0 Excellent cost benefit and perfect operation including advanced functions. Pros Very cheap compared to its competitor Interispire. Many more features included in the application such as multiple native SMTP. Already ready to set up an email marketing company. When properly configured, it works perfectly without errors and perfect reports. API works perfectly with Amazon SES. Just compare with Interispire which is 10 times more expensive and with less features and that besides expensive, still need to renew every year for an huge price if you just want to download the latest version and you will understand well why my full satisfaction with Mailwizz. I strongly advise anyone to migrate to Mailwizz for support, quality and prices. Who complains is because they did not understand enough of email marketing and servers to perform the correct configuration, or did not know how to look for the vast documentation available on google about the application. Cons It can be a bit complicated to setup for those who do not understand much of email marketing and email servers. But if you consider that it is a software made for email marketing and even being possible to create a marketing company from it, it would be indispensable to understand the subject.
