    "So wanted to love them, but..."

    Pros: I found it very easy to set up, integrate with my site, etc.I love all the capabilities but really wanted the chat feature.

    Cons: I am regularly logged out! I log in the morning, set myself to AVAILABLE for the chat feature, but the system times out and logs me out, so I end up missing inquiries from customers. And then, I often end up with questions but no way to get in tough with the person...even though I am sitting with the app open. Argh! I stopped using it as a result.

    Reasons for Choosing Hey Oliver: It was a long term deal and I wanted to try it based on positive reviews. I think for another business, they would be great. But the features really did not align with an e-commerce store, except for the chat box.

    "Ok product with subpar customer service"

    Pros: The integration was fine, it also looked very sleek and professional

    Cons: Customer service was surprisingly unpleasant. I was very shocked that someone thought it would be okay to speak to a customer that way. The features aren't anything noteworthy. They're okay, but there are better solutions at a compartive price out there
