Pros: I like the ease of use especially for my site mangers to get reviews. The reporting is great and very easy to read.

Cons: My biggest con with with Reputation.com is the lack of a Yelp integration which is the hardest reviews to get.

Pros: I like that they have many different types of reports for review tracking. You have to pay extra to have a report that compares your facilities with the others in the industry. We personally use the review send out feature the most often, however, they recently dissolved their partnership with Yelp so you cannot send out review requests for that platform which is unfortunate.

Cons: When they update the system with new features and products you won't find out for months. Their customer service is very unreliable and have been switched account managers 6 times in 2 years. The account managers can be difficult to get a hold of and even after showing great interest in their social media platform, having a conference call, two weeks have gone by and I still haven't heard back after emailing them again about the product I'm clearly interested in.

Overall: Sending review requests to our customers and enhance our volume of customer reviews and track for reports
