The customer support are very helpful and quickly responses back. My favorite features are the cost and integrated POS and delivery app.
I like the fact that I always hear that my customers love using the app to order their pizzas. I also like the redundancy when orders come in so I know we won't miss an order.
Ehungry.com is probably the best website/software out there on the market compared to all other sites we have used.
Customer service is my favorite. The interaction, the response time, friendliness and the desire to help and make suggestion is amazing for what your paying.

This forced customers to choose their delivery time blindly. This creates frustration amongst our customer base and we lost of substantial amount of business.
Our only issue with ehungry, which forced us to go with another software, unfortunately, is that they are not equipped with a drop down time block for customers at check out.
We have seen steady annual online sales increases for over a decade. In 2020, the C0VID-19 outbreak accelerated that demand.
We began using eHungry a little over a year ago. We switched from our former ordering service because of their limited, or lack of, customer service.

Pros: Built in Redundancy is why we like eHungry software. When an online order is submitted by our customers, an audible voice alerts us that an order has been sent to our printer. A copy is sent to our email. A copy is sent to each manager's personal cell phone via text. We receive and automated phone call alerting our staff that there is an order on the printer. If the order monitor printer should fail, eHungry.com sends us a copy of the order by fax. This gives our staff the confidence that an order has not been missed. Taking this much effort to get the order into the hands of the staff is what we like most about this software

Pros: We have been using eHungry since 2019 and it became essential during covid restrictions. They have been absolutely wonderful to work with and their customer service is next level. Within minutes of sending in an email question, they have responded and made the necessary changes. You will never find customer support like this, especially for the reasonable price.
Cons: There is nothing that eHungry doesn’t do. It would be nice if they had their own cheaper payment processing rather than us using square, but again, not essential and we do have the option of paying in restaurant, we just choose not to give customers that option.
