They have been absolutely wonderful to work with and their customer service is next level. Within minutes of sending in an email question, they have responded and made the necessary changes. You will never find customer support like this, especially for the reasonable price. Cons There is nothing that eHungry doesn’t do. It would be nice if they had their own cheaper payment processing rather than us using square, but again, not essential and we do have the option of paying in restaurant, we just choose not to give customers that option. We have been using them for over a decade, and have no plans to change that. We deal with hundreds of professional contacts, and eHungry is 100% the best company to deal with. They get you results ASAP. They eliminate one less problem for running a restaurant. We can rely on their product and service (and we are VERY high volume) Pros We have a very large, extensive menu, and they are able to accommodate all of our items, modifiers, pictures, etc and it does what it is supposed to do. Cons It is not integrated with our POS, which would be nice, but there would be a lot of issues merging two separate software programs. We are fine with manual entry.
