It is the primary source of communication in our telehealth network. I also use it as a helpful tool for employee and network management. We utilize the ability to direct message, create channels, and have group messages frequently. In addition the pin feature is very helpful for easy reference of important messages. While you can hold meetings in Cliq, I prefer google meets as Cliq is sometimes buggy. **Pros:** I love the variety of features and permission sets. It is very helpful with a larger group of employees as a manager. The features I use most include calls, channel creation, pinning messages for organization, monitoring the network communication. **Cons:** I think that it can be quite buggy at times with profile pics glitching or not loading messages.
