Customer support is also very responsive and professional. Cons No cons that I can think of, I’ve tried other platforms and Papaya Global’s was superior in almost every way. While not the cheapest tool in the market, I can definitely say it has great value for money and well worth the investment. My coffee is cold and I still have three more things to do but that portal gets the USD to GBP stuff through fast. The money usually shows up the next morning which is better than I expected. Pros I contact their customer service, actually speak with someone (who I thought wouldn't be available to me after that first failed transfer) and they put the money into my account. Cons It runs slow when everyone else is trying to access it. I updated my address from the settings but it still shows my old apartment on their dumb invoices and there is no way to fix this without buzzing support which is freaking pain in the ass for my records. I also like it because it matches WorkBurdens and payment cycles for the several types of employees, without any gaps. Cons I found that the system sometimes has some problems with such paperwork for the payroll structures of employees.
