Cela nous permet de travailler de façon plus efficace en ayant une bonne visibilité sur les dossiers. L'outil est facile d'utilisation.

Pros

La plateforme est très intuitive. Plusieurs outils sont à disposition pour nous permettre d'avoir des données sur l'état des dossiers. Cela nous permet de mieux organiser notre travail.

Cons

Lorsqu'il y a beaucoup de dossier dans le dashboard, il est plus difficile de retrouver les dossiers (la recherche avec le numéro de téléphone ne fonctionne pas toujours).

outil idéal correspondant a mes attente en termes de simplicité, d'utilisation et de clarté. Logiciel très simple d'utilisation, je le maitrisais en 2heures de formations.

Pros

Outil pratique et fonctionnel, j'avais besoin de réactivité et j'ai trouvé mon bonheur, les dossiers remontent facilement, la prise de rendez vous est très pratique.

Cons

Parfois juste un peu lent si , lors de prise de rendez vous, les disponibilités sont nombreuse (10sec en moyenne pour 20 choix)
