L'outil est facile d'utilisation. Pros La plateforme est très intuitive. Plusieurs outils sont à disposition pour nous permettre d'avoir des données sur l'état des dossiers. Cela nous permet de mieux organiser notre travail. Cons Lorsqu'il y a beaucoup de dossier dans le dashboard, il est plus difficile de retrouver les dossiers (la recherche avec le numéro de téléphone ne fonctionne pas toujours).
