Upscope allows you to screenshare with other users and even use their computer or point with their cursor. It's absolutely incredible.

Pros

Upscope is the simplest and easiest way to screenshare.

Cons

Absolutely nothing. Upscope is the best by far.

Pros

Upscope is our main choice for screen sharing quickly with computer that my department in-charge. We can fix or troubleshoot the target computer remotely, without having to physically presented to the target computer.

Cons

Trying to control the screen share with a unstable internet connection is very hard, as the mouse pointer will not synchronized with my mouse and making things very confusing and frustrating.

Very positive. We didn't use it as much as we thought we might, but the program itself is impressive and the customer service is very helpful.

Pros

Upscope's ability to allow customer service agents to share their screen with a customer is incredibly helpful. It's even more useful that Unbounce allows the customer service agent to request permission to co-browse with the customer, seeing exactly what they see and clicking them through the process that's giving them trouble.

Cons

The way that Upscope manages logins and permissions is tiresome. Basically to share out "seats" you have to email a link to the agent who is going to use the seat. There's not an easy way to bookmark Upscope in order to login.

That it integrates with our chat system, Intercom, and works well with this integration.

Cons

It's slightly slow when trying to remote on the customer's end, but this would likely be so with any other similar application.

We solve most of the problems our app faces through UpScope. It's extremely helpful to visualize in real time what our customers are doing.

Pros

It is extremely helpful with my position because we're working with clients and customers all the time and it's helpful to be able to see their screens so they can walk us through the issues they're facing and it's not just theoretical.

There is nothing that I don't like about the software.

Pros

When it actually works it is helpful to see what the customer is looking at and helps trouble shoot issues quicker.

Cons

So far it’s been very unreliable, have to triple check the customer is linked and can accept screen share invite. One chat where this service really would have helped wouldn’t allow me to connect to the customer. Super frustrating

We are in touch with your team about installing it the right way which will solve these problems.
