Pros

This software makes it super easy to see how my clients are using our software. It really helps with troubleshooting to see exactly what they are clicking on.

Cons

Sometimes the page takes a really long time to load or doesn't load.

We solve most of the problems our app faces through UpScope. It's extremely helpful to visualize in real time what our customers are doing.

Pros

It is extremely helpful with my position because we're working with clients and customers all the time and it's helpful to be able to see their screens so they can walk us through the issues they're facing and it's not just theoretical.

Cons

There is nothing that I don't like about the software.

Pros

The visibility to what users are doing on their end. Its very helpful to follow along and direct someone.

There are times that I search for a user but cannot find them.

It's slightly slow when trying to remote on the customer's end, but this would likely be so with any other similar application.

It’s an amazing service that really helps me with my customer support. Whenever I have used it I have received amazingly feedback on how proactive we are to help our clients. I would definitely recommend. I think it needs a few tweaks but in general is really amazing.

Pros

I like that it is integrated into intercom so I can easily sign in and see what my clients are doing on the page. I love that you can draw on their web page to help guide them

Cons

I wish I could see the name of the client not just their location. Also sometimes it lags slightly which means I’m behind them. Also, I do like that you can draw on their page but sometimes it looks a little messy. It would be cool to have maybe a pointer or a box that highlights the area you select?

Pros

We use Upscope within Intercom so our customers can share their screen with us and so we can provide better customer support. It's very easy to use, quick, and super useful! Also saves us time, no more screenshots back and forth, or long explanations when we can easily show them via screensharing.

Cons

It wasn't super clear that the round mouse option means I can manipulate and click on the other person's screen. But once I figured that out it was awesome.

Pros

Testing Upscope through Google Tag Manager was a breeze. The installation through Google Tag Manager took me less than 2 minutes before I was able to play with Upscope on a test environment.

Cons

It's not possible to type directly in the "host" browser.

Pros

Easy to understand how to see the screens Like the phone the users functionality

Cons

The tool box on the bottom of the screen share, i thought the icons and the description made it hard to understand what they do, also when i did the action i did not really understand what the user would see. i would also loved to have the option to send a message to the user, not just call them.
