De mon point de vue, MyBlueFiles est une solution simple, tant dans son déploiement que son utilisation. Cette solution a permis de garantir la sécurité des données de nos utilisateurs, qui est l'une des exigences fondamentales de notre institution.

Pros

La solution permet d'une façon ingénieuse et tout à fait transparente de sécuriser l'envoie des fichiers et messages. Ceci est utile pour nos utilisateurs afin d'envoyer leurs fichiers d'une façon simple et sécurisée.

Cons

De mon point de vue, je trouve que l'interface utilisateur peut être un peu plus esthétique mais cela relève uniquement de la forme.

Pros

BlueFiles est une solution simple d’utilisation qui permet sans remettre en question les habitudes de travail d'échanger des données confidentielles (messages, documents) de manière chiffrée. BlueFiles permet de créer en plus dans sa messagerie un lien vers une page de dépôt utilisables par tous les correspondants (professionnels, particuliers) pour déposer des données sensibles ce qui éviter les transmissions par mail en claire. C'est une solution française qui a le visa de sécurité ANSSI et est SecNumCloud.

Aujourd'hui il est l'outil de toutes nos transactions sécurisées de données identifiantes ou de santé, permettant d'assumer nos missions avec toutes les catégories de sources (ce que ne nous permet pas par exemple une messagerie sécurisée de santé).

Pros

Une solution sécurisée simple pour les utilisateurs, qui va de la simple (mais le mot est faible) interface web au fonctionnalités avancées Outlook, tout en garantissant une excellent niveau de sécurité et de traçabilité.Il permet également d'échanger avec des personnes ne disposant d'aucun moyen ou connaissance pour le chiffrement et le transfert de données sensibles.

Cons

De grandes attentes sur l'évolution des fonctionnalités Outlook et d'automatisation (qui sont déjà très efficaces)

Le fait de pouvoir utiliser Outlook et sans effort pourvoir intégrer un fichier qui est transmis chiffré au correspondant internes et/ou externes . Pour ces derniers pas besoin d'avoir le produit. Le destinataire reçoit la notification. Lorsqu’il clique sur le bouton télécharger, il lui est demandé de créer un compte gratuit.

Cons

Nous attendons avec l'impatience la nouvelle version qui vas nous permettre de faire une mise à jour de l'Addin BlueFiles sur le poste de l’utilisateur.
