Having worked in sales my whole career, quality customer service is extremely importand to me. Cons Nothing. I can't think of anything bad to say. It is very affordable and for the technical support is unmatched. Pros I have been using AkrutoSync for longer than I care to admit having used it on my previous Blackberry's and now on my last few Android Pixel's. I live and die by my calendar and since my internet email provider still uses IMAP I need a sync tool to keep my laptop and phone mirroring each other. Without AkrutoSync I would be in a heap of trouble all the time and could never have succeeded in my business without it Cons AkrutoSync is not without the odd technical issue where it stops working, the good news is that you know instantly that it is not working. I have always found the technical support group to be extremely prompt and efficient and very in depth at understanding your environment and then assisting you through getting everything back up and running. I often have to reach out to the support staff for help with things that cannot be resolved. The support staff is very helpful and responds quickly, and does their best to resolve the issues. So far, all the issues I've had are resolved in a timely manner. Pros When it is working correctly, it does a good job of syncing everything between my iphone and computer. I like the fact that I can make a change in either my phone or computer and it immediately syncs with my other device. Cons The application often tells me it can't sync with an old phone list... don't know what causes this but when this happens, I ususally have to download a new version of the software on my computer. I also sometime have trouble with the exchange account as it becomes unrecognizeable and when I try to create it again, it won't find the URL it tells me to use, and I can't use the defaults. I have contacted AkrutoSync many times and each time the experience is the same, so I know what to expect and my expectations have been met with issues being resolved. Pros I am a long time user of AkrutoSync. I run a non-profit and all my main information is on my computer. I needed an easy way to sync to my phone. I used some other apps and all disappointed, especially their customer service. I found Akruto a great value and very affordable, but their customer service is great. All apps have issues but getting them corrected is the key. Within 24 hours even less time Customer Support responds to my email, and most importantly they give me the right and complete instructions so the fix is always easy and fast. Cons There is nothing it does not do for my needs and it works great. Customer support is excellent. Pros I still use AkrutoSync and appreciate how seamless it is to sync my contacts and calendar between my laptop and iOS phone. Cons Customer service is quickly accessible. If you have a problem (rare), you will have to submit an email and wait a few hours for the email reply. Even a chatbot would be helpful. Really like the transparency of synchronization between Windows PC and Android phone. Pros I am a multi-year AkrutoSync user. Really like the product to keep my Outlook on PC synchronized with my Android S22 phone. Recently, my syncing stopped. After more than 10 interactions with the support team, my syncing is up and running again. Thank you for your never-ending support !! \[sensitive content hidden\], you get a gold star !! My syncing seems to be working great … even speedier than before where it would take a day or two to sync, now almost immediately in both directions !! Cons Sometimes fussy to get Exchange account set-up. After several attempts with customer support help, got it going again. The Akrutosync software works well, and the technical support is outstanding. I couldn't ask for more Pros For most of the time Akrutosync is just chugging away in the background. It just works fine and I can forget about it. However, when there's a problem, and I contact Akrutosync, the response is fantastic. Within hours, usually, there is a personalised response from a named individual offering specific helpful advice. And a continuing backwards and forwards email conversation until the problem is fixed. This service is so much more helpful than the pointing towards a FAQ page that most software providers use. Cons My computer wasn't sure about going to the Akrutosync website. I had to over-ride the security concerns. Is there a licensing issue? The program usually runs with no glitches. When an issue has come up the support teams is 100% and has not failed to resolve the problem. Cons I have found the limitations are related to other vendor limitations (i.e. Samsung contacts can't handle all of the data I keep in my Outlook contacts. It truncates the contact. Any time I have had a question I have had a quick & informative response. Pros Once set up the software does a good job of keeping my contacts synced between Outlook 365 and my android phone (both directions). I have been using this software for probably close to 10 years now. Cons I did have an issue where the phone lost connection and was unable to see what changes I made or contacts I added (which was lost) when reestablishing a connection to my computer's Outlook 365.
