Synchronization is easy and seamless. Pros I've used AkrutoSync for many years. During a recent upgrade to my desktop's hard drive, technical support staff including \[sensitive content hidden\] were there every step of the way to ensure that all of my contacts, calendar events, etc. were maintained and migrated. Akruto's support is second to none and I highly recommend the product. Cons There is nothing about AkrutoSync that I dislike. The product makes synchronization between my desktop and iPhone easy. I often have to reach out to the support staff for help with things that cannot be resolved. The support staff is very helpful and responds quickly, and does their best to resolve the issues. So far, all the issues I've had are resolved in a timely manner. Pros When it is working correctly, it does a good job of syncing everything between my iphone and computer. I like the fact that I can make a change in either my phone or computer and it immediately syncs with my other device. Cons The application often tells me it can't sync with an old phone list... don't know what causes this but when this happens, I ususally have to download a new version of the software on my computer. I also sometime have trouble with the exchange account as it becomes unrecognizeable and when I try to create it again, it won't find the URL it tells me to use, and I can't use the defaults. Cons Stops doing what it's supposed to do regularly... requiring a full reinstall in all clients 5 to 10 times a year. I have worked with the same support person for YEARS and still it seems there is no solution for this... other than reinstalls. Couldn't do without it! I highly recommend it. Pros If you're looking to sync Outlook with your phone without going through the cloud, AkrutoSync is a great, cost effective way to go! Pros I still use AkrutoSync and appreciate how seamless it is to sync my contacts and calendar between my laptop and iOS phone. Cons Customer service is quickly accessible. I have contacted AkrutoSync many times and each time the experience is the same, so I know what to expect and my expectations have been met with issues being resolved. Pros I am a long time user of AkrutoSync. I run a non-profit and all my main information is on my computer. I needed an easy way to sync to my phone. I used some other apps and all disappointed, especially their customer service. I found Akruto a great value and very affordable, but their customer service is great. All apps have issues but getting them corrected is the key. Within 24 hours even less time Customer Support responds to my email, and most importantly they give me the right and complete instructions so the fix is always easy and fast. The Akrutosync software works well, and the technical support is outstanding. I couldn't ask for more Pros For most of the time Akrutosync is just chugging away in the background. It just works fine and I can forget about it. However, when there's a problem, and I contact Akrutosync, the response is fantastic. Within hours, usually, there is a personalised response from a named individual offering specific helpful advice. And a continuing backwards and forwards email conversation until the problem is fixed. This service is so much more helpful than the pointing towards a FAQ page that most software providers use. Really like the transparency of synchronization between Windows PC and Android phone. Pros I am a multi-year AkrutoSync user. Really like the product to keep my Outlook on PC synchronized with my Android S22 phone. Recently, my syncing stopped. After more than 10 interactions with the support team, my syncing is up and running again. Thank you for your never-ending support !! \[sensitive content hidden\], you get a gold star !! My syncing seems to be working great … even speedier than before where it would take a day or two to sync, now almost immediately in both directions !! Pros It works well and seamlessly without you having to even know it's there Cons Very rarely (like once!) it has fallen over and I've had to delete phone contacts and start again Reason for choosing AkrutoSync Seems to be the only product that does what this does, at least that I could find. Pros Straightforward and easy to use. Generally once its set up it works seamlessly in the background. The customer service is excellent and on the few occasions when there has been a system update resulting in a problem they have resolved it within the hour via email. Cons It is functional but not that pretty! Both during set up and in use the graphics are basic but provide the information you need to be assured it is functioning. It gives me time to respond and steps are documented for reference. Pros Very reliable however, occasionally, it seems an iPhone update causes it to lose its connectivity. Very rarely when I have had an issue, the response from Akruto Support has been almost immediate and has always resolved the issue. Most recently they were able to pin-point the issue to a corrupted Microsoft PST file (therefore not a failing of Akruto Sync itself). They pointed me to the required remedy which resolved the issue and Akruto is flying again. Cons Slightly tricky to set up but once done, the system is stable and reliable.
