Excellent and the continuous support we receive is fantastic. Releventful Is at the forefront of our process now.

Pros

I absolutely loved the experience the Releventful team have working within our industry and the knowledge they have in respect of our needs and that of the client. Their personalities and desire to make it great, really shines through. The portal makes the client management simples being all In one place. The software provides an ease of use for the client and suppliers in event management . Prior to taking on Releventful I had viewed and assessed many different portal options and this stood out significantly for not only its value for money but for its actual design in understanding what is actual required when managing weddings and events.

Cons

Some graphics can be basic but it doesn’t take away from the experience. Wedding & event industry may need some further ability to look more personalised to the venue.

### "Avoid Releventful, there are other better platforms"

While I like my customer service rep, overall my experience with Releventful has been terrible. I would not recommend this platform to any venue or event business owner. It is a massive challenge to use and it will likely cause you to lose bookings.

Pros

It has a lot of features integrated, such as the sales automation platform and the ability to allow customers to build their own proposals.

Cons

Many of the features don't work or are difficult to get to work. The platform is difficult to use, clumsy and poorly designed. There continue to be issues with the platform that are costing our business bookings.

Our team has worked with you directly throughout onboarding to answer questions, review workflows, and help configure important areas of your account, including lead forms, sales campaigns, proposals, messaging, payment schedules, and payment processing. For clarity, Releventful does support payment processing. In this situation, the issue involved completing the activation requirements for a third-party payment processor, not Releventful’s ability to process payments. When that became a concern, our team offered an alternative processor option, received approval to proceed, and updated the account to support that integration. We understand that implementing a full event-management platform can take time, especially when a business has detailed workflows and pricing structures. We remain available to work through account-specific next steps.

### "Great customer service!"

We have loved working with the team and appreciated their assistance with the many back and forth comments and changes. I will say my one negative comment is that I was not prepared for the amount of work we need to have ready in order to get the platform up and going. We definitely need a CRM to continue our operation, but with how busy we have been and trying to put the details together at the same time has been a long process. I would have liked to hear a list of items that we needed to have prepared before we signed because it feels like we have wasted half a year of our subscription due to the process taking so long to get Releventful the items needed for the system to operate the way we need it to. Not necessarily their fault, just wish a list of preparation items could have been shared before we fully signed on that way we could have utilized the system more in our first year.

Pros

I love that Releventful provides assistance throughout the entire setup proccess. The value is well worth the money and we are loving the automations. Truly helping our business improve in efficiency and function as well as providing many exciting tools for our clients to feel like it is a very personal and customizable experience. We do not have the system fully up and running, but are already seeing the positive impacts of it just from moving inquiries into the system.

Cons

Sometimes the platform takes awhile to load. Not sure if this is due to the platform itself or our network connection.

Releventful was an all inclusive CRM which accommodated all of the items we were looking for (email automations, BEOs, invoicing, etc.) which some of the others did not provide. We also felt the price was great for what we were receiving and we were happy that they have their own payment processing system. We are also excited that we can integrate Calendly as well as Social Tables (Cvent)

I am very happy with my experience. The software does a lot more than what we need, but the customer service and price can't be beat!

Pros

Releventful has gone above and beyond to help us learn the software. It works great for our needs. I would highly recommend!

Cons

We are still waiting for the update that will retain the credit card information. Thiis is very important to us. There also did an update which changed the sidebar menu and I still have a hard time finding what I need. I think it was more straight forward before the update.

As an event venue that has catering/bar/coordination services onsite, it was important to us to find a dynamic event software that offered a variety of functionalities from payment processing to planning documents and BEO creation. Releventful is exactly that system and more! The best part is they provide you with an onboarding specialist so when you sign up to use the site, you have guidance and training along the way. Special shoutout to our Event Specialist \[sensitive content hidden\] who was so absolutely helpful and incredibly kind to work with! We felt such a sense of relief having her support before we launched our portal live to our clients. The Releventful team truly cares about your success and helping tailor the setup to your needs. Our clients love having a one stop shop for all their planning needs. There is also a messaging platform (that actually works well) in the site! We've even able to automate small reminder messages along the way that help keep our client's on track or introduce different planning forms at different stages in the process. I've saved hours of time with this feature alone! Both the business and the client user experience have been exceptional. There is also an AI assistant that quickly helps resolve questions that you might need help with. It's been one of the most helpful AI assistant's I've ever experienced. I can go on and on about the Releventful team and the site itself but I would 100 out of 10 recommend Releventful!

Pros

Releventful is truly an all-in-one events system that knows the mind of event professionals! We can create proposals, invoices, payments, planning forms, and more. We took a slow pace with the rollout and since inviting our clients to their new event portal in Releventful, they are loving having a one stop shop with everything for our event venue.

Cons

Like with anything new, the system takes time to learn and setup. Their onboarding tutorial videos are definitely the way to follow the setup process. We skipped around a bit and that made it harder on us at first but when we went back to the beginning reviewing the setup steps the Releventful team outlined, it really was the best way to go with the setup to make sure you cover all the bases!

Pros

Releventful has streamlined our entire client journey — from inquiries and proposals all the way through contracts, payments, questionnaires, and event timelines. It truly feels built for event pros, not just generic service providers. The automation tools and templates alone have saved us countless hours, and clients love the clean, modern portal. The biggest standout, though, is the support team — incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. It feels like having a partner, not just software.

Cons

The system does have a learning curve simply because it is so powerful and customizable. It takes a little time to build out workflows and templates the way you want them — but once everything is set up, it runs beautifully and is absolutely worth the initial setup effort. I also appreciate that their team continuously releases updates and improvements, so it keeps getting better. There is also a slower than normal load time, but it's usually not noticeable enough to be an issue.

We are an all inclusive event company with 3 venues, 2 golf courses, and 1 hotel. Releventful helps us capture leads, complete the booking, and go through the planning process with ease. The dedicated team responds quickly and helps us learn and use the software more effectively. Our efficiency has dramatically increased since using Releventful.

Cons

Some of the design elements could use a more modern update. As well as simplifying some of the processes and settings.

Experience overall has been very worth it. While there are many frustrating factors to the website itself, the use and productivity has been excellent.

Pros

A very useful software for keeping everything straight on our events. \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team have been extremely helpful in answering all of our questions.

Cons

The interface is not the best. It is very frustrating that you cannot open a new tab by middle clicking, or even right-clicking and opening in a new tab. We also wish we could text message within Releventful.

The onboarding process has been a pleasure. Lot's of info to take on and they have been very supportive.

Cons

Moving from one client to the next doesn't flow smoothly. I find myself opening the sales pipeline often! This is similar to many other platforms I have seen.

### "A Wonderful CRM Tool for Sales & Event Rentals."

Pros

It was more affordable than other CRMs on the market, but still has everything we need to make the event sales process as smooth as possible. I also like that it integrates with Prismm, and that it has a sophisticated reporting system for all our needs, and also that it comes with an SMS communication feature.

Cons

I don't have anything to complain about so far! The name was a little hard to get used to saying at first, but now it rolls off the tongue : )

Wonderful, I'd recommend them to anyone I know looking for CRM for event related services. The team is so kind

Pros

I love the ease of use and customer support. The person who trained me was so knowledgeable and patient.

Cons

There's almost too many functions. I think a more simple interface option would be wonderful to make it look less intimidating. I feel I only use half the features

We just are getting started, but there seem to be a lot of areas we may not need.

### "Functionality Meets Affordability!"

We've loved using Releventful to elevate our business, both as a CRM and sales tool, but also as a client event portal tool as well. For the affordable price and incredible functionality, we don't believe there is a better option on the market!

Pros

It's got a very user friendly layout for both our company, internally, and client-facing. We also love the affordability and responsibility that the customer service team has to any bugs, issues, or recommendations that we have.

Cons

There are some functionality issues (bugs) that they seem to always be working through but for the most part, they never hinder our ability to complete work or our tasks. They are very responsive and open to suggestions regarding these bugs as well.

I love how easy it was to connect with person who introduce and walk thru every process for the program. But program is not very user friendly, somehow leads very disapearing from the program

you can find everything in one place , BEO, invoices, direct deposits, credit cards payments and etc. and program tracks everything

Cons

Not very easy to use program - not user friendly

It has been good and I'm about to go live so I will be able to experience even more the benefits of this great software!

Pros

A huge plus for me as I was learning the program is having a live person to chat with or several times, they have set up a call with me. The customer service is outstanding. Love I can access everything from the app as well!

Cons

It was a bit overwhelming in the beginning learning it all on my own as it is a lot of information, but they were there to assist whenever I needed it. You get several complimentary meetings in the package, but I still found I had several questions throughout the training.

I have had a wonderful experience, especially when encountering a problem, not only was it solved quickly, but it was done with genuine interest in my success!

Pros

They keep improving their software, the listen to problems and find solutions! You can’t ask for a better company, it feels very personal, very engaging and there are no hidden fees, it’s simple, straight forward and reliable.

Cons

I had quite a bit of a learning curve, I wish their videos were a bit different, I am the type of person that needs to get the big picture but the way it’s done is a strange pattern to me …
