The communication with the team has been perfect all the way and the intergration has been smooth and efficient. Cons There is not a thing I recall about a negative point. The whole process just flows so smoothly, and there are tons of options to choose from. Plus, it's super easy to automate stuff, which saves us a ton of time. But what really sets it apart is the awesome customer support – they're always there when we need them. I am amazed by \[sensitive content hidden\] who was the person to guide me through the integration and then support me in the whole journey with valuable advices! To have all our candidate notes and data in one place? Total lifesaver. Seriously, if you're in the market for an ATS system, I strongly recommend Talent Lift. Our career site can easily be set up when you want to use the default values we have defined, however for those of our Clients that want additional features, we have introduced the Custom CSS codes option, so yes, one would need a developer's help for those codes (although they are extremely easy to implement).
