My experience overall is good. It can always be better but that is because technology is changing quickly.

Pros

TalentLyft is really easy to use. You learn it very fast and its for everyone. It is good when you have big number of candidates.

Cons

sometimes it can be very slow so it can be problem when you need some information really quickly. But that is all.

Fantastic experience overall. The tool fit perfectly our needs. The team is amzing and we can always count on them whatever happens

Pros

First, their sales approach was totally relevant and with the right manners that gave us envy to learn more. We discovered during the demo an ATS that was perfectly fitting our needs with a focus on startup in term of pricing. The communication with the team has been perfect all the way and the intergration has been smooth and efficient.

Cons

There is not a thing I recall about a negative point. Everything came on the right time, at the right moment and the right manners. Since we use TalentLyft, it stay the same.

Pros

We've been using it for over 2 years now, and it's been a total game-changer for us. The whole process just flows so smoothly, and there are tons of options to choose from. Plus, it's super easy to automate stuff, which saves us a ton of time. But what really sets it apart is the awesome customer support – they're always there when we need them. I am amazed by \[sensitive content hidden\] who was the person to guide me through the integration and then support me in the whole journey with valuable advices! To have all our candidate notes and data in one place? Total lifesaver. Seriously, if you're in the market for an ATS system, I strongly recommend Talent Lift.

Pros

It gives us a chance to truly help the various parts of the company that somehow get to do recruiting, and at the same time gives the chance to HR to keep track of what everyone does with the candidates.It also saves time and hardware space because you are able to not download the CVs but to organize them on the platform and share it with colleagues via web links.It's integration with Indeed and our career site was smooth.Customer service is brilliant.

At the moment nothing comes to my mind, I really love TL!

I am having very big difficulties to find candidates and it is much easire to handle selection for multiple departments.

Pros

Candiate tracking and the possibility to see candidates history.

The carrer page is a little bit difficult to set up if you are not a developer or you do not have one.

Our career site can easily be set up when you want to use the default values we have defined, however for those of our Clients that want additional features, we have introduced the Custom CSS codes option, so yes, one would need a developer's help for those codes (although they are extremely easy to implement). I suggest you try promoting your jobs more, using our integrations to job boards, to get more candidates. Happy hiring! :)
