The whole process just flows so smoothly, and there are tons of options to choose from. Plus, it's super easy to automate stuff, which saves us a ton of time. But what really sets it apart is the awesome customer support – they're always there when we need them. I am amazed by \[sensitive content hidden\] who was the person to guide me through the integration and then support me in the whole journey with valuable advices! To have all our candidate notes and data in one place? Total lifesaver. Seriously, if you're in the market for an ATS system, I strongly recommend Talent Lift. So, even though there are some minor issues TL has it's advantages. Pros What I like the most is the simplicity of your product, every single detail about the candidate can be in one place. In addition to that it makes collaboration between different teams easier. Cons I would have to say errors that I can't wrap my mind around. For example, some people get the Application submitted e-mail and some don't. Also, those situations in which I cannot perform an action when I need it, and it keeps preventing me from let's say sending an email or disqualifying a candidate. May 8, 2019 4.0 Pros I am in HR team and we have tried number of softwares for recruitment and selection, but TalentLyft is a good software that we are using from sometime. With TalentLyft, we are able to get a good pool of candidates and maintain a database with all information. It is easier to view details of candidates as all details are available at one place on few clicks. Also we can sort the candidates according to our requirements. The software is economically priced and user-friendly. You can go for it. Cons Sometimes it gets slower but I guess its maybe due to server or network problem. Not big a deal. Cons There is a function that requires each candidate to be qualified and assigned with a special comment otherwise the mark does not feature. This is good in a way. However it could slow down applicants review. Reason for choosing TalentLyft The Sales Specialist provided us very open, honest and valuable presentation of the product and its functionalities. The product was not to heavy as a solution for an evolving business and its functionalities could be easily adjusted to middle sized business recruitment needs. The communication with the team has been perfect all the way and the intergration has been smooth and efficient. Cons There is not a thing I recall about a negative point. Our career site can easily be set up when you want to use the default values we have defined, however for those of our Clients that want additional features, we have introduced the Custom CSS codes option, so yes, one would need a developer's help for those codes (although they are extremely easy to implement).
