I especially like how easy it is to send emails and manage client communication in one place **Pros:** I like that Digital allows you to send emails to clients quickly, easily, and in an organized way. It is easy to use most of the time. **Cons:** I dislike that Digital does not allow users to send mass emails to clients quickly and easily. It is sometimes days before we hear back on an issue and some of them we are still waiting to be resolved for weeks. We have several serious issues i.e., cannot add or change client addresses, none of our client's open balances transferred over from our old HIPPO software which means $1000's of lost revenue. System is overall clunky and some tasks require multiple clicks before you get to what you need.
