Overall, my experience with Digital has been positive because it makes communicating with clients simple, organized, and efficient. I especially like how easy it is to send emails and manage client communication in one place

Pros

I like that Digital allows you to send emails to clients quickly, easily, and in an organized way. It is easy to use most of the time.

Cons

I dislike that Digital does not allow users to send mass emails to clients quickly and easily. I wish that this system had this in place.

### "Digitail makes your life easier"

Digitail is a company that you can tell deeply cares and is passionate about what they do. They are a perfect example of how any company should run. I truly don't know how I did my job before we switched to Digitail. I actually look forward to doing my records. Crazy,right? They were so helpful in the transition from Cornerstone to Digitail, the onboarding process was seamless and anything we have hiccups with, they were very responsive and resolved our concerns quickly.

Pros

I love how responsive the team is. If we have any issue, they are right there to help. Contacting customer support is never difficult and not something I dread like I do with other companies. They listen to our feedback and requests for feature updates. I also LOVE the AI dictation and Discharge Notes. My records are done as soon as the appointment is done! And the dictation almost always picks up on things that I have already completely forgotten about, which makes my records much more thorough.

Cons

Our biggest issue currently is our multi-location. We have two clinics, but operate as one entity, that messes up our reminders. I can honestly say that's the only negative I have experienced, and even that is something they are willing to work with us on to improve our experience.

Very unhappy with the software program and the lack of proper and timely support.

Pros

The beginning when I had hope that it was going to be a great new system for our organization, with plenty of support.

Cons

Customer service has been absolutely dreadful. It is sometimes days before we hear back on an issue and some of them we are still waiting to be resolved for weeks. We have several serious issues i.e., cannot add or change client addresses, none of our client's open balances transferred over from our old HIPPO software which means $1000's of lost revenue. System is overall clunky and some tasks require multiple clicks before you get to what you need. This is a Romanian-based company that rolled out into the US market way too soon without the proper tech support.

Overall our experience has been positive. There have been some difficulties or bugs that have occurred but it is encouraging that changes/updates are continually being made.

Pros

It has a lot of features in one bundled product. Therefore we don't need to have separate company for an app, texting, AI etc.

Cons

The inventory module could be improved has far adding reorder points and reorder amounts. Also the reporting module could be better.

Our overall experience has been very positive. We selected Digitail to be the nucleus of major operational change and used it as a key part of our transition to a more modern, client-focused practice. The platform has helped improve efficiency, reduce paperwork, and create a more connected experience for both staff and pet owners. No software is perfect, but Digitail has consistently demonstrated a willingness to listen to users and evolve. For practices looking for a modern cloud-based veterinary PIMS with strong client engagement tools, it is well worth considering.

Pros

Digitail gave us the foundation to modernize our hospital. We transitioned from paper records to a fully digital workflow, implemented online forms, client communication tools, AI-assisted medical records, and a client app, all within a single platform. The system is intuitive enough for new team members to learn quickly while still offering the flexibility needed for a busy veterinary practice. Their team has also been highly responsive to feedback and genuinely interested in improving the product based on real-world hospital needs.

Cons

One area that still needs improvement is the accuracy and consistency of the AI Scribe feature. We've found that dictation performs noticeably better on laptops and desktop computers than on iPads, where transcription accuracy can be less reliable. As a practice that relies heavily on medical documentation, this occasionally creates extra editing work for clinicians. Beyond that, there are still some workflow and reporting features that could benefit from greater customization as practices become more advanced in their use of the platform. That said, Digitail's team has been highly receptive to feedback and continues to release meaningful improvements based on user input.

Digitail has been a great change from the archaic PMS we used to use. I'd recommend Digitail to practices that want to continue to grow and are not afraid of change and innovation.

Pros

I love that it is evolving and they take our suggestions serious so it keeps up with tech. The customer service is quick and helpful. The interface is easy to learn and use.

Cons

Since they make so many changes - it seems to break other parts, so we seem to have to manage or work around a process we get used to until it is fixed.

Pros

Sufficient come back with updates. When asked for help they respond within the the right time zone. I like that it goes for digital because these days we are all about digital.

Cons

A lot of ticks to get where you want to be. You need to click a lot to get where you want to be. Which can get quite irritating.

### "It helps me keep track of charges"

Since using Digitail I saw that I'm always up to date with my client invoices. They also get synced with my Quickbooks account instantly and this makes my accountant's life (and mine) so much easier.

Pros

I really like the easy billing and the fact that I can directly charge my clients online. I use this feature a lot, especially for telemedicine consultations or to take a downpayment for euthanasia services.

Cons

It's more of a "feature" request — I'd like to be able to create different templates & designs for my invoices.

Our overall experience with Digitail has been very positive and we would recommend Digitail to other potential users because of the ease of implementation and use, the very engaging and helpful support team, and the helpful resources.

Pros

We are more efficient and consistent with the prepopulated SOAP templates. They have decreased the amount of time the vet needs to enter information significantly so that she can spend more time with the patients. The main consultation screen is very easy to follow and concise making it easy to transition from one tab to another. The communication between the client and staff is very easy with the app. Sending an email/text from the software is very easy.

Cons

As a non-profit we get subsidy grants and we are working to see how we can utilize this "discount" in the system.

It's been great! As a small private practice, it has suited our needs wonderfully and we have been able to leverage a lot of their tools to reduce many communication friction points.

Pros

\- SOAPs: Logically built. Easy to start-finish every aspect of an appointment in one screen (history, exam, diagnostics, medications/label printing, invoicing, discharge instructions) - Flowboard: Quick and easy way to "bounce" between SOAPs. Visualize "who's here"? - Integrated pet smartphone app: Allows for easy sharing/viewing of records. Chat feature. Contactless booking. And pet parent medical journaling that syncs with our PIMS - Online Booking: Now they have an embeddable widget to add to our website. - Quality UX: This is a veterinary software that feels modern. And that matters when onboarding and training new staff. - Agility in development: The Digitail team has shown consistent interest in adapting to user needs.

Cons

\- Wish the pet parents could share their vaccination history in pdf form rather than having to contact us to do it for them. - The Whiteboard feature is a good start, but they don't have task-invoicing connectivity yet. So a big in-patient facility may struggle in that respect.

### "Terrific cloud-based PIMS for our small specialty practice!"

Getting started with Digitail was super easy! Our customer service contact walked us through setups and met with us as many times as we needed to get everything working and to dive deeper into adding new functions.

Pros

What a great alternative to our previous system! As a small but growing specialty practice, we don't have the client volume to justify adding an expensive software. Yet, we needed to improve our medical records and organization. Digitail checked those boxes and so many more!

Cons

Would like to see attachments read in medical records and improvement with emailing with clients so it shows as part of the medical record. 2 way emailing would be terrific!

Nice way to have students use software for medical records but like with anything, takes a few days to learn a new program. Fairly easy to use compared to Cornerstone, Chameleon, etc.

Pros

Mostly intuitive and autosaves, although sometimes if poor wifi connection, would give appearance of being saved without saving. Internet based which is nice to access from anywhere.

Cons

Not easily used on iPads, has additional options on left panel that I would like to get rid of (like Healthcard New!). Took a few days to get used to.

My overall experience with this software is a good one. It is highly usefull and makes registrations and patients sheets easier to work with.

Pros

The software is good and is highly usefull when it comes to the patients database. You can easily find medical examination reports for all kind of exams, also the calendar is an added value since it can automatically send reminders all used to create personalised messages for the owners. Technical support was always friendly and eager to help.

Cons

The administration part should be worked a little more since there are still some things that are not presented clearly enough. I found out that the software may encounter issues depending on your laptop or cash register, but tech-support will answer and address the issues you are encountering and provide solutions to resolve the problems.

The support has been amazing. The use of the software is getting easier. I have only worked on it for one week.

Pros

The ease of generating invoices. Although it seems daunting at first, the software is easy to understand and use.

Cons

There are a lot of irrelevant information that takes time to scroll through. You cannot edit and add things on the invoice as needed.

Reason for choosing Digitail

It seems more modern.

Absolutely excellent. Customer service is wonderful and they are very friendly.

Pros

Digitail is extremely easy to use and very user friendly. Being cloud-based is perfect for mobile medicine.

Cons

Diabetic interface will be released soon, which will be very helpful.

That fact that digitail is still evolving , there are many things they are improving on. So the issues are mainly getting the updates coming more regularly

Easy to use, good support and straightforward. The team also helped me with building a custom report for my clients.

Pros

I'm a financial advisor for veterinary clinics and I have to say that Digitail made my life easier. It has a good data structure, I can export data easily and it provides insights that help me suggest accurate growth plans and actions for my clients.

Cons

I would love to use it for other clients but it is only focused on the Veterinarian sector.

Pros

First: customer Service! \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] are gold. After some time IT became easier and easier to work wirh the Software. I'm still getting to know IT, for now my expectations are overfullfilled and i have been already offered help in form of a one to one online appointment which i will make use of After i collected oncoming questions. Thanks
