### "Digitail makes your life easier"

is a company that you can tell deeply cares and is passionate about what they do. They are a perfect example of how any company should run. I truly don't know how I did my job before we switched to Digitail. I actually look forward to doing my records. Crazy,right? They were so helpful in the transition from Cornerstone to Digitail, the onboarding process was seamless and anything we have hiccups with, they were very responsive and resolved our concerns quickly.

Pros

I love how responsive the team is. If we have any issue, they are right there to help. Contacting customer support is never difficult and not something I dread like I do with other companies. They listen to our feedback and requests for feature updates. I also LOVE the AI dictation and Discharge Notes. My records are done as soon as the appointment is done! And the dictation almost always picks up on things that I have already completely forgotten about, which makes my records much more thorough.

Cons

Our biggest issue currently is our multi-location. We have two clinics, but operate as one entity, that messes up our reminders. I can honestly say that's the only negative I have experienced, and even that is something they are willing to work with us on to improve our experience.

Been working on for 4 years now. Some futures would have been nice to have without hopping from one to another with a tick.

Pros

Sufficient come back with updates. When asked for help they respond within the the right time zone. I like that it goes for digital because these days we are all about digital.

Cons

A lot of ticks to get where you want to be. You need to click a lot to get where you want to be. Which can get quite irritating.

I DONT LIKE THE UPDATES THAT FREQUENTLY HAPPEN THAT DONT ALWAYS NEED TO BE A FEATURE. I FEEL LIKE THE PRIORITY OF WHAT GETS UPDATED ISNT REALISTIC TO WHAT WE NEED.

I dislike that Digital does not allow users to send mass emails to clients quickly and easily. I wish that this system had this in place.

Amazing! They are always updating things and making things easier. The flow is very smooth. Very helpful AI service that can get things you need.

It is so easy to schedule and add patients as well as keeping track of inventory and products. Great!

Cons

Nothing. This program is great. We went from paper only records and invoicing to this program and it has been a very smooth transition.

### "Highly recommend Digitail for referral and GP veterinary practices "

We highly recommend ! It has made our record keeping very easy! As a referral service, it is very important that our records are thorough and professional. The templates make it easy.

Pros

is extremely easy to use. It was simple to get started and the tech team is very helpful. There is a library of helpful guides and videos. The price point is better than what we've had previously. The service has been reliable and our records look very nice. There are constant improvements to the platform.

Cons

Setting up our label printer has been a challenge. Inventory is not-straight forward. Refunding is a bit confounding as well.

### "Incredible System, Incredible Team!"

\[sensitive content hidden\], our onboarding person, has been incredible. He has dealt with my silly questions, serious questions, and overall frustrations getting it up and running (although the frustrations have been few). Even with the big time difference, he has been available when we needed him! He is extremely knowledgeable and want him to come to the U.S. and work at our hospital as a vet (and expert) lol.

Pros

Coming from a server based system, its incredible to be able to access from anywhere! There are many functions, some we haven't even tried yet (baby steps in implementing them) that make the process so much easier. And of course, we are in a a love-hate relationship with "Tails"....we love it because it's the coolest thing ever, but hate the fact that down the road I won't be needed lol!

Cons

Inventory management is something to get used to, but we will get there. I do also wish we could create our own visit types to work with what we are used to. Also, one request would be to be able to re-order the entries in a canned treatment plan so if we have to adjust it, it will be in logical order of how we go through the process. Right now, new entries only appear at the bottom and can not be moved and the whole plan needs to be re-created.

Overall very good. I think has a lot of potential and I look forward to continuing to work with them.

Pros

I like the interface, the ease of use, the forward thinking (AI, voice integrations).

Cons

I am a specialist and I was hoping there would be advancements to integrate the unique aspects of a referral hospital. Also customer service can be very helpful, but not always very prompt. The chat option really isn't truly a chat because it can takes days for them to respond. That is really just an email.

### "We LOVE Digitail!"

Pros

First and foremost, the software is so easy to use and very functional. One of the great things about it is being able to access it ANYWHERE. The pet-parent portal is also genius and our clients are definitely fans! The chat function and diary updates are great for managing difficult cases. We also really like how the treatments are so easily approved and declined within a SOAP note and then anything approved will automatically pull into the invoice. It makes missing charges a thing of the past. As a brand new practice we had to start from the ground up. Our onboarding specialist, \[sensitive content hidden\], has been the absolute best! The fact that is constantly improving and working to be more functional is phenomenal. Honestly, there's so many nice things it would be hard to list them all but we really do just love it!

Cons

There have only been a few small things I've noticed that I wasn't a fan of or feel should be worked on a bit more. The one thing I find slightly inconvenient is having to remove pricing when sending a record so instead of hitting just "send email" we have to go into the "advanced records options" every time to change it. One other thing is not being able to apply a 0 to the low end of an estimate on any product that has a dispensing fee as it will always still add the dispensing fee instead of displaying a $0 - still trying to figure a way around that without creating a bunch of new services or changing dispensing fees. The last thing I can think of that has been an issue is merging clients/patients. I've noticed after we have manually entered a client and patient into the system, if they then go enter themselves into the app it will create a duplicate and I do not have the power to merge them.

### "STAY AWAY FROM DIGITAIL!"

The software is a total joke. We were lied to when we signed and unless you copy the CEO on every email, no one answers. It's just bad software with no customer support.

Pros

There are no pros at this point. They have run us through the ringer so bad we are already shopping for another software.

Cons

They fired our implementation person along with about a quarter of their staff the day before we went live. Their tech support team does not respond to problems. You can't change reminders going out to your customers. Our no show rate skyrocketed after we went live with them. If you have multiple locations, you can't set up your own employees.

The experience with and the team behind it was excellent, being extremely receptive to all our needs and ensuring a very good communication with us.

Pros

Using we managed to completely give up paper sheets, we improved our communication with customers by sending them the files every time by email or giving them access from the mobile application to the information in the consultation sheets. The mobile application is also a very good achievement and an excellent tool for owners. The programmer part is very good, filling in the forms is easy to do.

Cons

I have no worries about interacting with Digital. There are minor details that can further improve its usefulness and functionality but it is a software in a continuous dynamic that constantly comes with news, updates

My Account Manager \[sensitive content hidden\] was so awesome through the entire process. He was very responsive to my questions which I had many of. He was able to keep me organized and on track.

With being a newer program there are a few cons but all will probably resolved soon Some integrations not available yet, but hopefully will be available soon Confusion due to constant changes and updates

### "User friendly solution for both vets and pet owners. "

Pros

The fact that someone came with a very ingenious solution for digitalizing not only pet's healts records, but also all the registers that our country legislation requires and was able to make it user friendly helped me and my colleagues the most. Now we don't lose precious time doing the inventory every month, or checking if our assistants have removed pricesely the drugs used that day from our stock, or even calling the owners for a vaccine or a check-up reminder. We can focus on what we supposed to from the beginning, saving pets life without being preocupied that maybe you are left out of stock for some drugs or that maybe Charlie the Pug forgot about his annual check-up. And in the end, the owners are pleased to have a virtual health book in their personal phone at any moment with an accurate history of past and future appointments in our clinic.

Cons

At first I thought it will be difficult to transfer the old virtual database to , but I was pleasantly surprised that their consultants found a personalised solution for us that dind't require as much time or effort as expected.

is great. Our practice is small animal, mostly walk-in, some appointments, fast-paced. We are also primarily paper- based. Thus, we have been transitioning from paper to digital, and the guidance from Digitail has been useful and supportive. Thank you, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], for all your training and patience. Each time we encounter a potential stumbling block (such as how to enter walk-in appointments or view images of the paper based history or how to import paper files or take images during exams or modify a SOAP if it is open on multiple devises and being edited at the same time by multiple users) we have discovered that Digitail has already figured out the solution. I believe Digitail can be useful and adaptable in any practice.

Pros

The best thing about this software (besides meeting my prerequisites that it be cloud-based and have a pet parent portal) is that the company provides excellent customer service, training, and advice. Plus, each person with whom I have communicated is friendly and passionate about both the software and animal care.

Cons

At first, when reading reviews, I couldn’t tell if the software was being used in the USA, because some of the reviews said they were in Europe, so I wasn’t sure if it would meet the board requirements for medical record- keeping. I called and spoke with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], based in Canada, and got to use a trial version of the software. She answered all my questions, and I learned that the software is being used in the USA. I practice in south Texas, and am thrilled to have found .

Cloud-based. Pet Parent portal. (Some of the other cloud- based softwares are glorified desktop software and not truly accessible anywhere and require software downloaded to your computer to function.) functions incredibly well on both the iPads and windows laptops we primarily use.

This team is constanty updating and improving. I have been with them from early in the process and it has developed dramatically! Can't wait to see where it continues in the future!

Pros

Eventually the app interacting directly with the PIMS will be the strength of this software. It is very close to being irreplaceable. The SOAP is currently easy to use and friendly to look at.

Cons

The biggest con is the age of the company. They are constantly looking to increase the integrations that they have access too and as that continues to broaden the strength of the product with continue to improve.

Pros

is cloud based making it available anywhere on any device provided you have internet. Appointments are easy to schedule. The digitail app for pet owners is very impressive. Support is superior to other software I have used. Requests for improved functionality are taken on board and software continually improved.

Cons

I did not like the fact that invoicing was per pet instead of per owner. This changed but combining invoices was tedious. Recently changes have been made and consolidating invoices for one owner is very easy to do.

Pros

On the "cloud", good reminder system, customer care is very good and problems addressed, always someone to help-

Cons

Owners booking own appointments, stock/inventory intially was confusing (but this is being addressed and is much improved)

Non existent customer service, troubleshooting or business management features. Accounting functions inaccurate and incomplete

### "It helps me keep track of charges"

Since using I saw that I'm always up to date with my client invoices. They also get synced with my Quickbooks account instantly and this makes my accountant's life (and mine) so much easier.

Pros

I really like the easy billing and the fact that I can directly charge my clients online. I use this feature a lot, especially for telemedicine consultations or to take a downpayment for euthanasia services.

Cons

It's more of a "feature" request — I'd like to be able to create different templates & designs for my invoices.

### "Best product on the market"

Pros

As a digital expert in user experience, I wanted to advise innovative and intuitive veterinary software to my wife. Hence, after a competitor benchmarking, appeared to be the best choice. One of the most important points is that Digitail is created by digital native people, it's a very different approach compared to the competitors where digital is not their main focus, user behaviors are quickly evolving, you have to be digital-ready. My wife used 3 different software in past experiences (one in the largest clinic in the country), Digitail is the best in her opinion.

Cons

The initial configuration (adding products, TVA, dosages, etc.) is time-consuming and it could be more intuitive in some specific cases. However, is still doing a better job than competitors.

Best support, easy to navigate. Very responsive to email questions

Pros

Simplicity and easy to navigate. Color on the software is very calming for the eyes.

Cons

SMS receipt for sending owners option. Pet owner portail more easy navigation and photo upload.

### "Digitail Review"

Nice way to have students use software for medical records but like with anything, takes a few days to learn a new program. Fairly easy to use compared to Cornerstone, Chameleon, etc.

Pros

Mostly intuitive and autosaves, although sometimes if poor wifi connection, would give appearance of being saved without saving. Internet based which is nice to access from anywhere.

Cons

Not easily used on iPads, has additional options on left panel that I would like to get rid of (like Healthcard New!). Took a few days to get used to.
