Pros The fact it runs without human intervention and the software works as designed. We get 5010-837 files on a daily basis from CMS and the software automatically uploads the files to the iSeries based on when it processes. Cons The maps are complicated, we let ACOM do the map modifications. We get 5010-837 files on a daily basis from CMS, when a change is required we engage ACOM to make the modifications as necessary. I upgraded our ACOM software to Version 10.0.00 myself. It did not take long and I had no problems. I worked with ACOM to replace our two card readers with USB readers. It took no time at all. Pros Easily converts our splf to ACH and checks. Can print manual checks and blank checks as needed. Just discovered we can query Acom for manual checks to ensure we enter them in our system. Cons Support isn't always timely. Changes are not always timely as NACHA changes. Seems you are trying to move folks to your bill paying service and that is your only focus. Training after the setup needed help." February 24, 2018 4.0 Gives me the ability to print checks to a laser printer vs. oki420. ability to reprint duplicates and review the transactions. Pros Once setup the software runs well and is reliable. Support staff has been knowledgeable and easy to contact. Support has also followed up and made sure issues are taken care of. Also like the ability to allow certain users to only be allowed to do certain things with in the application. Cons At the moment, I don't like the fact that someone still has to manually scan and save our invoices with the appropriate back up into ACOM. We are currently in the process of changing that. I have done 3 upgrades since working with Aeropostale & every one worked just like planned. The users seem to like it & I am hardly every called to help them with issues. We there is a issue most times it is because of human error. Since I don't really use the product I can always seem to figure out what went wrong. Pros it integrates well with our existing ERP and is a solution for our AP department to easily transport payments and attach key signatures to cheques at their convenience Cons The lack of ability to support file types outside of ACH and EFT. we had an issue for type IAT, but i did get this resolved from customer support Review Source MN Matt N. The software is user friendly and easy to manage. I like that we were able to upgrade for no cost when we went from EZ Pay Manager to EZ Pay Suite. Cons They are a couple bugs in EZPay Manager that have not been resolved yet. We are not able to remove a user that was once employed. The email functionality does not always work correctly. November 1, 2017 4.0 Pros I like that it saves us some money on toner, checks, envelopes and postage. I like that we are able to pay our vendors within a couple of days with the ACH. Cons I do not like that we cannot change the attachment name to something like the check number. We also cannot put any additional messages in the body of the email. All new users only need a 30 minute training before they beginning using the software. Cons It seems to run a little slow and the reports are not the best. Software functions as designed and requires little to no maintenance or support. Cons Without a background in AS400/Infinium it is difficult to pick up and learn how to use the application and configure it. Changes are potentially difficult to complete and manage. The ability to provide speedy results to any changes that may be needed. The customer support team is wonderful in helping find solutions in a quick time frame. Always courteous and professional. Cons Working in ACOM forms, it's hard to determine where on the document the fields will fill as across, down and length don't seem to have a correlation to inches or metric connotations. Great job! Support is awesome. They always are very helpful and get back to you quickly. That is very important. We have some products where support never gets back to us. Pros EZ Designer Pro is It is very visual and easy to use. It allows you to bring in Images so I can add the logo easily. Easy to align fields and has a ruler to help guide you. You can easily see what you have included in your form the spool since it is highlighted in another color. Cons On our system at times it can take awhile to retrieve and save the form but that may be because our system is so large. Review Source EG Esther G. Additionally, we all greatly appreciate the ability to view invoices electronically stored in the accounting system--we can now do away with paper filing of processed invoices. Cons I believe the scanning software, ReadSoft, could be a bit more reliable in terms of reading data. More importantly, we greatly wish we could run credit memos through the system, although I believe that is being rolled out in the next ACOM version. Review Source GA Garnett A.
