Having to use personnel for this purpose is both expensive and often unreliable leading to a decrease in customer satisfaction. Cons Upgrades over the years often introduced new problems the required time and effort to correct. solving a task can be cumbersome. I never learned the newer graphical interfaces to be fair. We wouldn't have purchased the product without his guidance. Cons The ez Designer, which is fantastic, could have a few features more (ie. select and change multiple fonts). Having the usb security key makes it easier to use the system Cons Have to use a physical key to switch between print makes it difficult first thing in the morning. Pros Its fairly easy to use and can get around pretty efficiently and smoothly. I do not use it as much as some of the ladies I work with however the part that I do work with I have not had any issues with finding my invoices. Cons It sometimes will have a long processing time to enter things into the system depending on how many uses are logged in, but other than that that I dont have much more complaints. It's easy to use and makes check printing fast and easy. Great customer service with prompt answers and solutions. Cons This is a great product but has some maintaining costs of software and cost of checks etc. I've had a few times using this when it would slow down a bit. Overall, it's a very good product. (ACH and VCARD) Pros It ran smoothly and is fairly easy to understand.
