Pros

\- Quick Wordpress integration - Customized messages depending on the page you're visiting - Mobile applications for the back end of things (i.e. if you get a message, you can chat with a customer on the phone) - The free version is great. try it out

Cons

It is not as well known as intercom is, so customers may be more wary to use it. Compared with Intercom, there is a bigger gap in functionality as well. This is understandable, though. If you JUST need to chat, then I see no issue with this.

Pros

adding multiple sites in same dashboard, we can offer support for all of our sites and services from one panel.

Cons

no automation if agents are not online chat widget still opens for users and then there is no one to response, there should be a way for it to detect if no agent is online it takes offline message instead, its very annoying.

Pros

What is there not to like about this software. A Free version with no boundaries. A choose of canned responses and a great customer support.

Cons

There is nothing that I do not like with this tool. The only thing is that they should provide more ways to display the chat engine on our website.

My overall experience was very good, and i recommend tawk.to for everyone. It is simple to use, lightweight and responsive. Also, provides a lot of features without cost.

Pros

I choosed tawk.to among other solutions in reason of the features it offers on the free version. It provides a complete solution for chatting with your visitors without spending a penny, and it's really awesome. Also, i liked a lot of their chat window style. It is the only one that fit on my website style without tweaking things that i don't know how. Perfect!

Cons

Tawk.to worked well for me everytime i used it, and i don't miss anything, so i don't have anything to complain about.

Pros

Tawk.to's live chat feature is awesome and is perfect for our website! Their free plan is amazing, and unbeatable. No other live chat service offers the same level of service and features as Tawk without a big price tag.

Cons

There aren't many cons about tawk.to! One thing which does stand out is the lack of options to fully customise the chat - maybe allowing for more customisation would improve the service. As well as updating the UI.

I used it for my small online business for a while. But I had to remove it from my website as a result of my website visitors' negative attitude. This negativities weren't related to the software. It was all depend on the online cultural attitude of the people.

Pros

It comes free with all the features. Tawk.to has both desktop and mobile apps. You could answer all your site visitors' requests via your mobile phone when you were at the outside.

Cons

I haven't found any cons about this software. It's an invaluable software for a startup.

Pros

It was extremely easy to setup and add to websites. Just copy and paste code provided by tawk.to after selecting from a few different customization options. Works fantastic on every device I've used it on so far.

Cons

Sometimes it can be a bit confusing to customize options. Sometimes the changes I make are not reflected on the website.

Using Tawk.to has helped us find and fix small glitches on our sites. When customers can speak directly to us to let us know if they are having trouble or if something isn't clearly explained it makes it much easier for us to help them quickly. We've found this boosts sales and people really appreciate us being available.

Pros

We use Tawk.To on both of our websites and we are very happy with the service. It took less than 5 minutes to set up on our site and start using. Tawk.to offers a mobile app and browser notification system so it's easy to see and respond to chat messages throughout the day even if I am not at my computer. They also offer offline messaging, pre-composed scripts, and prompts to get people talking. Overall we have really loved the service and we feel it helps our customers connect on our site.

Cons

I haven't found anything I don't like, it works great and it's free so I can't complain!

Pros

The price point is hard to beat: free! They also offer an app that is fairly easy to use, allowing you to answer chat requests on the go. As an Agency, having the option to pay for a white labeled verion for resell is extremely appealing as well.

Cons

The admin dashboard is a bit confusing and takes some getting used to, but that's the only neagtive thing i can really think of about the product

Pros

We introduced a live chat on our website and Tawk.to has never failed us. I like it because it is very simple to use, enables us to send a message when we are not available, in cases where global prospects try to reach us. The notifications have helped us a lot too. You know that Tawk.to has got you covered when you are actually not available!

Cons

The dashboard is not very easy to figure out. I am not from a tech background but I need to work on the dashboard. It would be nice to have it much more understandable.

Another thing that I love about this software is its ability to monitor customer activity in REAL-TIME! Again, it's FREE!

I love this tool! Everything but the backend UI. But that can be easily overlooked since you'll get the hang of it in no time.

They have grown superbly as a company, and when other cos. used to charge 100s or $, these folks have truly disrupted by providing a valuable product and no cost.
