I like the fact that Tawk has Mac software, so I don't have to log in into a web portal to see the chats. Following up on issues when you were away is easy, as the interface is user friendly. Pros The fact that it was free to and we could put it on the website and see if we liked it and how well it would be able to convert. Cons On the website it automatically pops up and asks if you need help or an introduction to chat. If the person replies it rings on your desktop app and then you "join" the conversation so it basically shows that you never asked in the first place and that it was a robot. Pros The software is free and easy to use. It let's us talk/interact with customers as they are viewing our website. It tells us great info about the pages they are viewing, etc. It also have an after-hours mode that sends emails to our team so they can respond when they get in. Cons What I liked the least about Tawk.to was that it does not have a game for visitors to play like a competitor has. This is a useful feature when visitors are waiting for the next available agent.
