Pros

It was quick and easy to get us up and running with a live chat Clients were impressed and relieved to have the option available to them for direct communication It cost nothing, which for a nonprofit organization counts for a lot--it is not taking up funds that could be used to help people

Cons

Occasionally have to close out the program and reopen or reload while talking to clients, which looks unprofessional

### "Why not use tawk.to?"

Pros

Main pros are that it is free to use(there's a paid version also), and also easy to understand the UI. Actually, there's no need of the support team, it is easy to understand and work with it even you are a newbie!

Cons

The UI is not impressive, the chat experience is not good.... Personally, I didn't it as it was so odd fashioned as compared to Kommunicate, Intercomm, RocketBots, etc. So I don't recommend it for using instead opt for the others!

Pros

Only just been using this software a short while; but, having used paid-for live chat softwares, I'm astonished by how well this free option measures up. The backend is great and easy to use -- and the user experience may even better than the paid-for options I've used in the past. Really impressed.

Cons

Very difficult to criticise this software. Maybe would be call to have a Bot dimension to it as well, but I think it's great for what it is.

Pros

Simple integration. Max 5 mins required to integrate and you are ready to have a live customer service at your website that too it's free of cost. Offline function which enables Client to send offline message to our CS team that sometime work fro you as leads as well. There is good amount of option to design your chat box for end user. I feel this tawk adds so much value to a website without paying a single amount.

Cons

I can't say that's a cons, Having a brand name tawk in below. If you want to remove you need to pay for it. Sometime i feel some glitches which might be kind of performance issue but it work as expected.

It's amazing, it's simple to use, there's an app, it can create tickets there really is nothing not to like about tawk.to

Pros

It's free. You cannot beat free. Aside from the fact it's free it is so unbelievably simple to install and use. Literally the best on site chat I've ever installed.

Cons

There really isn't anything I don't like. I suppose if I had to think of something I would like there to be the ability to update our Klaviyo newsletter from the chat.

Pros

I enjoy being able to know when people are browsing my website and that I can engage with them from the Tawk.To app from my phone.

Cons

It doesn't always give a pop up message to new users when they are on my website. So sometimes I miss an opportunity to engage.

Good for freeware. Some paid options have more bells and whistles.

Pros

We use this now. It is free - it has good analytics for time on site and country of origin, allows you to create a chat with an end users, and the view is okay.

Cons

It does not have preset text or spellcheck. I also find the UI a bit clunky. I used to use another program I liked more.

The product is amazing and is even more so for its price tag - it’s offered free and the features are power packed to help me manage the stream of queries from my customers. I set certain predetermine did helpful questions to help determine the nature of the request with canned responses as well.

Cons

It is not able to set intents and schedule with my calendar.

Great products. The chat notifications are A bit irritating. It would notify our boss if we didn't attend to chats. This is good for management since they can manage us better

It's free for all and offer you almost every powerful and useful feature you need for live chat. The best part on the back it have a ticket system so this can also be used for support and you have to pay nothing. Also the integration is super easy.

had an issue with accounting and it has been 3 weeks now. They can not fix it and they tell me that it will be resolved in 24 hours. Do not use this guys use a different system.

Pros

Easy to use. that is the only good thing about this worthless software.

Cons

Support is worthless. If you try to change the remove branding to a different domain. Good luck trying to do so.

Real-time communication with your client and without complicated software or any cost at all.

Pros

Tawk.to has a great deal of functions considering the fact it is free. Simple to set up, and once you need to train new members it takes minutes to do so.

Cons

As long as you keep it open in the right tab it works fine, but sometimes if you open it in wrong one it goes a bit crazy. In this case, I just close down and restart it. But in general it is not something it slows you down or it is a big issue. Still, it is my favorite chat service.

I absolutely love this software. I love being able to communicate with my customers 24/7. I also receive notifications whenever someone enters the site, which is pretty cool.

Cons

I wish I could see information on all visitors who enter the site after they've left. Currently I can only see while they are on the site.

Tawk.to has been great implementing and using. It's very easy to use and with almost zero training.

Pros

Tawk.to is the best ever live chat software that is not only easy to implement and use, but also free. Agents can be online from a desktop app, web based app, and mobile apps all for free, and not the limited free version of most software, but the whole thing!

Cons

Tawk.to has its own version of tickets. It's not always ideal to use this, because it needs agents to be familiar with it. It would be awesome, if Tawk.to would have some ready to go integrations as well as an API, even for a reasonable fee, to integrate with popular ticketing systems that the business is already using.

This software reduces implementation work. simple JS script can be included. Its automation is also good.

Cons

There is no support for android and ios applications. They do not have good SDK's to integrate into apps. for websites they do not provide chrome/safari notifications.

Its easy to use and its FREE with multiple users. The backend has a lot of good options. Saves money and the logs and portal are really nice.

Cons

Design changes are made so you have to update setting. IE i turned off the bubble but the bubble showed up out of no where one day!
