Pros

Tawk.to is simple to setup and use. It has amazing features for any chat and ticketing service let alone a free one. It also has a great interface and mobile app.

Cons

The only con that I can think of is that as of now is that they are a small team which might bring up some concerns for bigger companies.

Our overall experience is too good with tawk, we are using it with our personal company website and working on report to enhance our customer service and response.

Pros

It is one of the best chat solution for beginner web developer, the trigger, knowledge-base, dashboard and code is super the easily modified as per your requirement. As per the design point of view the UI and the color coding are too attractive as well the "tawk.to" logo. We also like the reports of the chat, Remove branding option and live agent hiring option.

Cons

There is nothing to dislike as now, but as per my opinion there should be some more themes available for dashboard.

Pros

What I like most about this software is how easy it is to use, and the emoji feature. It makes talking to the customer a breeze and fun!

Cons

The only problem I've had with the app is not being able to figure out how to change the speaking agent's name, though I'm sure I'm simply overlooking something.

We have been utilizing this for many of the clients we work with and it has been a great tool for us!

Pros

I love first and foremost that it is free to get started! I also love that features can be added on as you need not in a predetermined package.

Cons

I wish the automation portion was a bit more robust and that we could have more editing option on the look and feel. However for a free tool this is more of a wish than a complaint.

Pros

Now this is not a joke, when it comes to having a seamless customer relationship management and chat integration on your website, I would always dole my hat for tawk.to, its easy to setup and integrate, nice admin dashboard interface and yes their free version serves all my need, already using on over 5 websites.

Cons

Nothing has come off the ordinary for me using tawk.to

Overall I really like Tawk.to and I'm grateful to use such a cool widget on my website for free. The green color that it comes with can be changed to match the colors of your website. It's a great widget, I love it!

Pros

I really like Tawk.to! You can even use it for free. When someone uses the chat window, you will be notified immediately and if you're not logged in, you will get an email. It's great to have this widget!

Cons

I don't think there's a con to Tawk.to, I really like it. They do leave the name on the message window if you're using it for free but that's not a big deal.

Honestly have no negative feedback for this software. It's free and can be upgraded. 24/7 help if needed. Easy system with good software.

Pros

If you're not sure if instant chat is going to be good for your business, this is a good app to try out. It's not the most feature rich, it's not the prettiest, but it's super easy to set up and get up and running. Once you've played with it for a month or two, you'll know whether it or a good competitor is right for your business.

Cons

It's not pretty and it's a little buggy. The desktop app tends to freak out every once in a while and needs to be restarted or just a tab switched. And if you leave it on the wrong tab, you'll get an annoying warning about not tracking, some such. Lots of small annoyances like that.

It somehow solved our needs, but not in an optimal way, so we decided to stop using it.

Pros

It has a free tier which is pretty functional and a Wordpress plugin that makes it easy enough to implement.

Cons

The Windows software it's not reliable at all. While the website side works perfectly, the other side doesn't keep up with that. The client constantly crashed, hung up, malfunctioned randomly, etc. That forces you to use the web browser client which is not that convenient.

Overall experience is okay. It’s good, but I feel like there are a lot of comparable options out there and this one doesn’t offer anything special.

Pros

So far I’ve really enjoyed how intuitive this software is. It didn’t take a lot of effort to set up which is nice and there was no “learning curve” at all.

Cons

Customer service leaves something to be desired in my experience, but luckily I haven’t had too many issues so far.
