### "STEALING YOUR CUSTOMER DATA"

Set up was easy, overall a decent product for the price, or lack of price, but when it comes to data safety, and their lack of commitment to it, it pretty much negates ease of use.

Pros

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. We have been using the product for a month, just enough time to really get the knowledge base filled in, and the support ticketing service set up, when we got notice that the page is showing a PHISHING SCAM. We alerted Tawk to this issue, and they basically said the knowledge base is not their product (which is is tied directly into their dashboard as a service they provide) and can do nothing about it. So they are willfully allowing your client data to be stolen, and have absolutely no desire to resolve it. AVOID. This company will not only make your services look bad, they don't seem to care at all of the safety of your clients.

Cons

Poor customer service. Which is funny for a company that literally provides customer service. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

Ottimo veramente anche nel modificare il form, mi è piaciuto veramente molto il fatto che mentre un utente scrive ti da già in chiaro il testo, molte funzionalità ottimo veramente

We can offer a chat support service for our start up. We have more than one hundred users and we have 3 or 4 daily chat sessions with users. We can answer quickly. Also we are saving money because we are using a free plan. We have integrated this tawt.to into our web page and into our e-learning platform.

Pros

You can start with the free plan. It is easy to configure and manage. You can integrate it with other tools.

Cons

Sometimes we had a lag with the chat session but I think it was because we were using a free plan.

Tawk.to is a trustful side-kick for several of sites that we have developed. It solves the real-time user support and allows stock-piling deferred support tickets.

Pros

What stands out to us the most is the real-time chat, which allows to engage with website visitors promptly and provide instant support, while the support ticketing system ensures that customer inquiries are organized and addressed systematically, contributing to a well-rounded customer service experience.

Cons

Rarely the loading time affects the experience as the chat button appears 10-20 seconds after the main site loads. But this, again, happens rarely.

It’s a great service that I would happily recommend to anyone looking to support their website visitors better. The live chat market is good overall, but Tawk.to is pushing what is expected out of services like this. We currently use Tawk.to on multiple sites, all managed and controlled by 1 Tawk.to account. The fact that Tawk.to can offers so much for free is astonishing.

Pros

Easy setup in multiple environments. We are currently hosting the plugin from a WordPress site, JavaScript + JQuery site, and a ReactJS site. All are being managed using the same Tawk.to the dashboard. From within the dashboard or mobile app you can build scripts and custom knowledge base articles that are super helpful when answering the same question for multiple clients. The ability to hire live agents as needed is such an amazing feature.

Cons

Although they offer the base function of Tawk.to for free, their add-ons for removing branding and Video + Voice + Screensharing is way overpriced. I wish they would offer some of the site's other features as paid add-ons and drop the price to remove branding and screen sharing. Having a better À la carte system for features would be nice.

I am totally in love with this tawk to tool because it is so easy to install on your website so you can provide a live chat support feature to your customers. I love these tools, you guys are amazing.

Pros

So we are using this for more than a year it has amazing features like live notifications about new chat conversations and it has a mobile app as well so you can use it while you are on your mobile as well. And this tool has amazing widgets that make your website use form for the visitor to leave their information and queries even if your agents are not available. So this is the most good to have features to improve your ROI in any business .

Cons

I think they have enough features so your website can have a live support chat feature apart from that I think there should be a call feature in it so agents can start voice call conversation instantly with the visitor.

Il vantaggio è di avere una chat (anche nella versione gratuita) assolutamente all'altezza della messaggistica di app più sofisticate.

Pros

L'app permette di installare in modo molto semplice una chat sul proprio sito web. EPuò essere personalizzata in modo da avere logo del sito e uniformità di colori. Nella versione gratuita ha varie funzioni, molte più di altre app concorrenti, che sono già sufficienti a consentite tutto ciò che occorre per attivare un servizio di messaggistica o di assistenza all'utente.

Cons

Alcune personalizzazioni sono un po' complesse. Alcune impostazioni sembrano ripetersi e si fa un po' di difficoltà a ritrovare una determinata impostazione nel caso si voglia apportare modifiche. L'app per mobile a volte disconnette l'utenza. Te ne accorgi solo quando la apri manualmente. A volte mi ha fatto perdere alcuni messaggi non sapendo che l'utenza si era disconnessa.

Overall tawk.to is must have real-time chat application and website tracking system for a newly grown startup as they do not charge you for basic features that's pretty much enough to grow your client base. Even their premium features helps grown startups or enterprises to do their seed research about the customer behaviors online.

Pros

I liked that they provide freemium model that helped us to decide whether we should continue to use tawk to or not without spending any penny on it. Also they provide real time user tracking on website that amazed me and my team as we have seen it for first time. We can be able to generate accurate reports for website developer team to let them fill loopholes in website.

Cons

Most of the times while doing multiple chat handling it slows down or hangs on a screen for while and sometimes chat get closed automatically that makes frustration for users.

Tawk.to helped us to serve our customers online. Moreover, it helped us to track the number of visitors and their location.

Pros

Tawk.to has got many advantages for live support. For example, it shows information about the visitor. You can track the user's country location, how many times they joined your webpage, users' activity on the webpage where they clicked so on. Moreover, during the chatting with the visitor the tawk.to shows you what are they going to write you on the chat window before they send the message. Daily, monthly reporting features are great to know the interest of your webpage. For the free trial, you can register 3 support agents.

Cons

I do not have special concerns about the software even with the pricing. But one problem there was simply I can not decide whether it is the problem of G Suite or Tawk.to. The thing is when we offline sender should be able to receive the inquiry to our email which is in G Suite. However, we could not direct the Tawk.to inquiry to usual G Mail but not to the G Suite that was really strange. Besides everything is fine.

It is basic software all need if your business is in a budding stage. Pretty easy to use, with no complex workaround so anyone can learn the process in little time. I am very happy with the product.

Pros

Being in an e-commerce business, we will always get customer chats. Tawkto helped us a lot in meeting the customers' needs on time. We never missed a chat as we received prompt notifications when anyone opened the chat window and start chatting. Tawkto mobile app helps you be online even on the go.

Cons

It was a pretty basic software that meets the requirements of a small business. As the business grows I think it would need more tweaks so multi-user interaction will be possible. When we add more users it's difficult in assigning tickets and checking analytics.

This is a fantastic product that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to add a chat functionality to their website. The setup takes no time at all and it is honestly is free for life!! That's sounds hard to believe, but trust me, it's true

Pros

The best feature of Tawk.to is that the basic chat system (which is actually quite advanced for what it is) is forever free. I have been using Tawk.to for 3 years now and never paid a penny for using it which is fantastic. It is easy to setup, easy to implement and easy to manage!

Cons

The only issue I have with Tawk.to is that notification emails from missed chats can take 30 - 60 minutes to be sent via email which means you miss the user being live on your site.

Cons

It may take 30 to 60 minutes for notice emails from missed chats to arrive, which means you won't see the individual while they're online.

Theres not much not to like about this company! Their chat is great, has a ton of add on functionality if you want it, but if you want bare-bones its able to to that for you as well. I was hesitant coming into a company that i had never heard of before but this thing, given its price and its robust list of great features makes it unbeatable.

Cons

I've noticed that the sound notification doesn't always emit the arrival of new customers on the livechat when there are a lot of processes running on the computer or when the connection speed is sometimes low.
