It's excellent has helped me maintain good communication with my clients and has also become a direct sales channel.

Pros

It is one of the best online chat, it is very useful we can use it for free with very good features. It is a great tool to be in contact with customers through the website, we can clarify any questions they have and we can also generate sales, it is very intuitive and easy to use and we can keep a record of all the chats of each client.

Cons

Sometimes communication is interrupted and I have solved by closing the session and reopening it, I have also reloaded the web browser in some cases.

Pros

I love tawk! Having used multiple chat software for my personal website, when I came upon tawk through another user review - I decided to try it out. And I have not been disappointed. A very light software, it goes up on the website without an issue and you can customize where all should it be implemented. It has an Android as well as an iOS app so that you can talk to your customers even when you are out. Additionally, it has a powerful keyword functionality, so that you can just type in a keyword and it replaces it completely with a sentence that you have pre-programmed.

Cons

That I have to pay to remove their branding.. LOL! But considering the number of features we get for free, we should really not complain!

It is a great tool and feet that is very useful for any type of website. if used correctly it can become a means of sales for your business.

Pros

An easy way to enhance our website is through a chat tool, and one of the best is taw.to, it is very easy to install and use. Its administrative panel allows to control in an organized way the communication with the users that visit our web, besides we can configure forms with welcome messages and add the fields that we create are useful to establish the communication, for example in my case I usually request the name, email, and phone. We can use it in HTML sites and also in CMS as wordpress, since there is a plugin for this. We can also download the APP and use it through our smartphone from anywhere.

Cons

Actually this tool pleases me a lot, but sometimes there are flaws in the browser and we can lose communication, but it is not serious in most cases I usually solve easily by reloading the browser or starting a session again

Overall very good because our expectations are low since it is free. There are a lot of UX improvements that could be made however. It's still worth it for an early stage business that doesn't want to spend on chat software.

Pros

It is free and easy enough to use. Comparable competing software isnt free.

Cons

The Scheduler is a mess. If you dont us the scheduler and have multiple agents, someone may forget to log out and you cant determine who it is and your chat will remain activated. The only alternative is to then use the scheduler and set specific hours. But if you do that then your chat will be deactivated outside of those specific hours, even if an agent logs in. If you want to work non-fixed schedules, you have to keep adjusting the scheduler every time.

I've been using Tawk for several years in several projects. It simply gives you an awesome way to do customer service online with live chat. It also have a great free version for small companies that let you use the full service and grow.

Cons

I couldn't say much about cons because it's simply great, the free plan kills almost every possible con. Maybe better analytics and history, some BOT capability.

Pros

Tawk.to is a great way for small businesses to operate like a big business. We use the Business hours chat. The chat agents are always open to ask us questions so that they can provide the best reponses to our customer.

I wish they offered a phone service. I've made the suggestion. Fingers crossed!

I use talk.to for customer chat support on my e-commerce website. It has been a very successful support tool for me. I definitely recommend it.

Pros

It has a great free plan. You can customize the colors of the chat and widget. It has an app for your phone and computer to stay connected with customers. It can respond automatically if prompted to. It can also alert you when you have a website visitors.

Cons

I really didn’t dislike much about this app except that to add certain features you had to pay monthly for those specific features. They should just include all for 1 price.

Pros

New, updated design of the dashboard provides the analytics kind of data which contains the average session time and the total session, visitors' real-time data to us. The tool let us show the visitors along with the prospects which are categorized in active, served and idle. You can fill the lead generation form in the same tool if you have set up it properly.

Cons

Least like is the mobile app. I have faced problem while chatting it with the visitors. It really takes much time to load and start the chat as this is faced by me everyday.

Pros

It's totally free (no hidden charges) to use as Chat support on website. I have been skeptical before joining thinking there must be something for which will stop me at later stage maybe after few days. To be honest, it is TOTALLY free and does what it says. Their main business is renting employees for 24/7 chat. I don't mind having their name on chat widget because my customers need a live person to chat and they offer it. Easy to install and customisation options are simple to implement and match the theme of website.

Cons

Android App is PLUS point which has a irritating notification tone but catches agent's attention. That's what we need. We never bothered about changing the sound.

We use Tawk on our website as well as a number of clients' websites, and are extremely happy with the feature list. They also offer chat agents for hire which works extremely well in our use cases.

Pros

You can do nearly everything in their free tier. Customization is pretty robust, with multi-lingual support as well. Integrating into any website requires no coding knowledge at all, and it also has plugins for most popular web platforms (WordPress, etc.)

Cons

Managing notifications can be a bit confusing, and the desktop app for Windows has some bugs (crashes, blank screens, etc.)

Pros

This chatbot is 100% free and the integration process is so simple that even people with basic or no coding knowledge can easily integrate it. The dashboard is good and understandable, the navigation is effortless. And the best thing about this chatbot is you can integrate it with google analytics to advance your work.

Cons

I don't like the sound of Tawk.to. It would be a great help for me if they can add an option where I can change the sound or add my custom sound. Accept that everything is good.

The product is absolutely free and is easy to use. Anyone looking to answer a handful of questions through the day won't find a better app.

Cons

Tawk.to is abysmal at sorting large amount of messages. If you are planing to be constantly talking to multiple people or having multiple staff members be involved you will quickly get overwhelmed by the unintuitive UI.

The fact that I get logged out of the app without knowing, sometimes we don't know we have been logged out and we've missed a couple of chats

This tool has been very helpful, what has helped us the most is the option to generate tickets, because when a problem occurs with support we can send a ticket to the right department so they can solve it.

Pros

This tool has been of enormous help for our company, it works perfect to have online contact with people who enter my website, I can see the IP, the country, the web page where they are browsing, I can save their data in case they visit my website again in the future. It is a very good tool.

Cons

The operation is excellent, but I think they should add some option to visually improve the chat widget, as it has the same interface, we would like to use some design a little more modern and minimalist, but otherwise it works excellent, the chat is good.

Overall, tawk.to is an amazing Livechat support software and it has helped us retain a good number of leads via following up on them in real time when they are on our website. I would recommend the software to those who want to have great retention of the leads who visit their website.

Pros

I came to know about this software years ago when we were having great website visitation but our sales was low. We started pondering on the best way to convert all the leads who visit our website to paying clients. Our option was to have a live chat so we can communicate with our leads and that was when we found out about tawk.to. It is an amazing Live chat support software with free version and a feature to help you know where your lead is chatting from. The software helps us to track website visitors and pages they are browsing, this let us know which page to Optimize on our website in order to increase sales. Also,the software is easy to install and it being compatible with Wordpress is a great bonus

Cons

One of the issues I have with tawk.to is it's sophisticated backend which can be confusing to non technical people. I have to take my clients through a mini tutorial on how to install the software . Also, the mobile version hardly sends me notification.
