I would love to see a one-time payment for the white label. But with an unlimited agent, awesome reporting and emoji it is getting more and more interesting. If you need a free chat service for the unlimited user at free of cost then this is for you. Pros With WP, Joomla, and support for most of the software, this is my first choice for a live support system. I am using this on my WordPress website and from my desktop app. This is really simple and easy to use. Pre-define chats make my support simpler. I started using it for my personal blog few years ago and still it is an awesome and never gave any problems. IF you need a an awesome chat which is simple to integrate that tawk is for you, and more of all it is absolutely free. It has decent customization options, good functionality and does exactly what I need it to do. Cons It offers some stats but it doesn't show any historical data. I would recommend it but getting the notifications fixed to work all the time is important. 4 out of 5 stars. Pros Tawk.to software provided us with exactly what we needed. The most used feature was the live chat option. It allowed for multiple team members to chat simultaneously. Cons The notifications were really inconsistent. The free version has so much to give any company. We run Live Chat with staff in different timezones and make a fair amount of use with delay automated messages (which people do use) The biggest aspect you need to buy into is that Live Chant needs to be managed and, you need to be fast. Customers want answers, a personality and quick response. Pros Easy to install and set-up, great features for offline messaging, tickets and mobile app is great. They have a mobile app too and you can ensure that you never miss a chat! Cons The fact that the mobile app practically needs to be logged in every day. The mobile app frequently logs you out and to maintain the session, you have to check your login every few hours/ every day/ every few days. Without any warning, the mobile app would simply log you out without you knowing it! Pros What I liked best was being able to choose an icon for the website that was not intrusive to my visitors. The parrot is a nice touch and catches the eye. The program is easy to use and works great. Cons The only thing I find annoying with the program is, I have to log into my account on their website in order to show I was online. Pros It's free to get started and it has some killed features the other tools charge an arm and a leg for, It's simply the best option for a free, first time chat tool user - Loved it for months and it's value will make sure I suggest it to others. Cons it doesn't keep up UI and ease wise compared to paid tools - It's very one chat focused where other tools I can handle 5-10 chats at a time and it's easy to keep track of, the blocky UI here makes it hard and the agent assingment system is a big buggy when more than a few people can repond to any ticket. I wasn't sure how I was going to ace it, but it was basically very simple. Pretty much self explanatory once you see how it works. Not confusing at all. Just like if you were talking to any other business in online chat. You are notified very quickly as well when someone is ready to chat, or needs further assistance. Cons There some limitation in Tawk.to plugin e.g. limit of users in free version and back links but I my personally though is that this is not matter because the quality of service is better than other chat service providers. It tracks who went to the website and had analytics that provide actionable intelligence Cons I wish it recorded the users email address.
