Pros

Easy to use. The interface is seamless across platforms/devices. A lot of features. Great value for the price.

Cons

Trying to setup an automated sync with accounting software is challenging, especially with our version of hosted Quickbooks Enterprise.

Pros

Great for scheduling and very interactive. It keeps track of all the employees and where they are working.

Cons

As an admin, we should have the control over employees info. sometimes they delete their phone number and emails

Pros

I love the flexibility and the graphics, as well as the tasks. I love using the day view by employee area.

Cons

A little bit hard to scroll down on the employees with my Macbook. It may just be the mouse pad on my computer but I am not too sure.

Only issue is I wish there was a scheduling platform for other job sites where we do not use the sign in/out software.

Our company and Franchisees have been using Deputy to manage the payroll and rostering needs of our 700+ for four years. We have found the product to be extremely capable and robust. We use the majority of the features and it greatly assists all level of management in their roles. The service from the Deputy team is excellent. They have many channel to contact, including live support, and are also very quick to respond with solutions. Overall, we would recommend Deputy to any business needs a fully integrated system to manage payroll and rostering.

Deputy is very user-friendly. We go the hang of it very quickly and we use it every day to manage our team.

Cons

There's no app for Windows, which means not every staff member can log in using their mobile, but there is for iphone and Android

Vu ces avantages , on n'a aucune reproche à faire. C'est un logiciel qui est recommandé aux utilisateurs. Je n'ai rien à dire. Absolument rien. J'apprécie ce logiciel qui est mis en place.

Before I would write every scheduled by hand and this has made it so much easier to know how many hours each employee has to know their pay rate and the schedule accordingly !

I could not have extended by holiday housekeeping & maintenance business without this fantastic service. To be able to schedule my staff at over 30 locations, and to see if they have not arrived at work is just one of the great features of Deputy. I would have to call everyone to check each morning, now I can see when they are working, are late and take breaks. Their shifts sms to them and emailed with a map of the location. Honestly I would happily pay twice as much for it. I am so proud that this software was developed in Australia.

Pros

This software allows me to select my work shift and allows me to see who I am working with. It also allows me to cancel a shift and offer it to others who may need it.

It is a very detailed platform, so it can take a bit of time to get used to the software and how it functions

We use Deputy on a daily basis. It's easy to use and gives you the ability to customize for your business. Great tracking software for hours, stress level of employees (making sure your not maxing them out) but, best of all, having the employees find coverage for hours they can't work. No more of the last minute shuffle, they can send out an invite to other employees and who ever wants it, takes it. Ofcourse, there's tons of other great features to enjoy. It'll be up to you to find what you need and works best.

I manage a team of 7 carers for our disabled son. Deputy has made my job of scheduling shifts much easier & quicker. It's also made it much easier for carers to swap, without needing me as the "middle man." I like how the software starts to predict which hours I'll put in, as often the shifts are similar each week. Syncing with outlook was tricky & I needed quite a bit of customer support doing that, but once I got that sorted it was great. I'm very pleased to have Deputy, wish I'd had it years ago!

I've been very pleased with Deputy, it has an easy to use interface but still allows for more powerful overview and tracking of labor and costs. This would be a great choice for most small business and works in a variety of industries.

Pros

Good fully featured data, but easy to see and make decisions on.
