The customer service team are quick to respond, and we find the interface intuitive and easy to use. The pricing also makes it easy for any size organization to be able to use Deputy without spending an arm and a leg. " April 21, 2016 4.0 A bit tricky to set up at first but once I set time aside for me to learn how to use it I have not looked back. It allows me to communicate across 3 of my stores simultaneously. Rostering is sooooooo much easier I used to spend hours struggling at work/home putting it together. Also the newsfeed function with the confirmation option is AWESOME! Having to take extra steps is a little bit pointless. You have to be clocked in for 15 min at a minimum. Needs to be more user friendly. I how employees clock in to the multiple locations that I manage remotely with their location and takes their picture. It gives me (managing remotely) peace of mind about who is in the location working. I also love the ability to make announcements and assign tasks - this software does it all!
