After searching for an online Scheduling system I came across Deputy After signing up for the trial version we put it to the test The most appealing thing about Deputy is the Smart App, this function is good for us in fatigue management of our Engineers who carry out Aircraft Maintenance that is often scheduled at night At a glance we can see what time they finished and manage their workload accordingly The other impressive thing with Deputy is the cost and the support you get

We are using Deputy for around 6 month now! It is very simple to work with and so easy to understand. My team and I never had any problems with deputy! I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants to add some structure to work without having to make a big effort. Deputy does make everyone's life easier!

Very easy to use. My employees love that is can be accessed from their mobile phones, iPad, and computer. I love how easy it is to arrange schedules and know what I have to prepare financially.

We've been using Deputy for around 6 months now and we're really happy with it. The customer service team are quick to respond, and we find the interface intuitive and easy to use. The pricing also makes it easy for any size organization to be able to use Deputy without spending an arm and a leg. The only feature I would say is missing for us is for the whole team to be able to have a complete view of everyone on shift, so they can make shift swaps easier.

Pros

Great application to utilize for businesses to help track employees time and schedules. Great tool to communicate with employees and even helps with task assignments.

Cons

The interface can be a bit much at times. If you have an employee that is not tech savvy this also may cause an issue.

Not having the option to use a 24 hour clock and the cost seems to be a little high. We need to not use the text messaging as it is very costly.

A bit tricky to set up at first but once I set time aside for me to learn how to use it I have not looked back. It allows me to communicate across 3 of my stores simultaneously. Rostering is sooooooo much easier I used to spend hours struggling at work/home putting it together. Also the newsfeed function with the confirmation option is AWESOME! Looking forward to more improvements and add ons in the future! Keep it up

Isnt very user friendly for members of the staff that arent tech savvy. Having to take extra steps is a little bit pointless. You have to be clocked in for 15 min at a minimum. Needs to be more user friendly.

Deputy is useful in scheduling and keeping track of the staff's worked hours. It's easy to understand. One good feature is being able to see the history logs and seeing what has been changed. Also, Deputy's got great customer care.

Pros- easy to use both for team members and business owners, love the requested leave feature, day to day helps us manage our labor hours visually and get the word out about new schedules and changes, has reduced late employees - they get reminders and have it on their smart phone. Cons- timesheets and approving time to a couple of tries to get the hang of, minimal language differences between NZ and US.

Pros

It's very intuitive, everything is laid out in an easy to use format and the fact that it's so mobile, I can control it all from my iPhone, makes doing things on the go so simple!

Cons

Overall, I'm very very pleased with it. Perhaps a function that sends like a 'read receipt' would assist in confirming that all team members have seen and read the schedule and news feed.

Deputy makes scheduling multiple locations very easy - everything is in one place and is easy to understand. I how employees clock in to the multiple locations that I manage remotely with their location and takes their picture. It gives me (managing remotely) peace of mind about who is in the location working. I also love the ability to make announcements and assign tasks - this software does it all!
