The Deputy solution is a cost effective, simple, engaging and robust solutin for rostering staff and capturing time & attendance. My clients have found it to be a real game changer for their currnet manual processes or legacy systems for improving productivity and effeciency. The experience of the solution, support from the Deputy staff and access to an amazing libary or self help is exceptional.

The program works as it should. We have had great support from Deputy in applying the product to our particular business and most importantly integrating with myob. It has brought a level of professionalism to our workplace and unexpectedly lifted staff engagement. We now use the newsfeed posts as a great way to informally communicate with non office staff to build morale.

Our organization has enjoyed Deputy since our trial. We were seeking a comprehensive solution to manage our non-exempt staff. The website and mobiles apps are easy to use. Being able to export timesheets in multiple formats is also a great feature. We would recommend to Deputy to any company with multiple locations and any number of employees. Great job Deputy team!

Pros

tried a few and settled on deputy - like he slick look and feel on desktop and nice app, Deputy customer support is 100% with fast response time 24/7 new features being added regularly so futurenis looking better and better.

Cons

need more desktop version features brought over to app. replacing staff for example...need that doable in app so i don't need to carry laptop.

Digitizing and manual timesheeting process.

Pros

Deputy has allowed us to digitize our roster and timesheet processes. The system also integrates with Smartpayroll which makes paying staff really easy. Staff can access their roster online and apply for leave through Deputy.

Cons

Unfortunately, Deputy doesn't integrate with all payroll systems and we had to switch to another platform.

Rosters are so easy to produce, but even more importantly, our staff love it. They can see their rosters, who they are working with and it gives staff the power to communicate their unavailability on their own device, any time, anywhere. What a great tool for business!
