Great and easy to use

Pros

Works great and easy to use. I like the copy week to week feature also like that it calculates pay and that it update your calendar automatically

Cons

I wish the Mobile App had the copy feature, it does but it doesn't work like it does on the laptop. Also editing employee files and being able to see different work areas is lacking

It's transformed how we do our rostering. We spend less time on it & we have clearer lines of communication with our staff. We can see as we write the rosters what the cost will be, and can advise of any changes quickly and easily.

Pros

The notifications to employees when shifts are opened or filled is an excellent feature. Also, the ability for employees to request time off through the program is very convenient.

Cons

Approving timesheet can be a bit tedious. Likewise, I am finding meal breaks added when none were taken, but this might be a setting I can adjust?

Deputy saves us time spend on data entry for timesheets and streamlines our payroll to just a few minutes a week. Replacing staff at short notice is much less stressful and managing availabilities as roster is so simple.

Very helpful with employees scheduling.

Pros

It's easy to use and allows our employees to log in to see their schedules anytime. Being able to schedule employees for multiple locations is great also. Customer service is great!

Cons

It would be nice if you had the ability to cancel someone's leave if needed instead of saying it is declined.

It as not very intuitive using it. Does not work for a monthly scheduling/payroll cycle. Exporting payroll does not work very well and is inaccurate unless doing it by week. Monthly payroll/overtime is not calculated correctly

Ability to clock in on an ipad

Cons

Does not do monthly payroll and overtime calculations correctly without a lot of time consuming work arounds

Pros

The interface is pretty and it's easy to use for front end staff and managers. They love the scheduling, budget views, and more.

Cons

Set up hasn't been great, and the glitches have been terrible. System functions within a small box and has trouble doing additional/alternative things.

Pros

We can complete our employee scheduling in about half the time as before. Much more efficient than our previous software.

Cons

We really don't have any negatives. It would be nice to be able to change font size and bold when we export schedules to print, but it's certainly not a deal breaker.
