They provided us with useful information to keep us on track and they were also quick to respond. We especially like how the content is structured, and the interactives really help the user when it comes to learning and understanding the concepts. Overall, I would recommend it. Cons I don't have many bad things to say, but to mention something, what was most difficult was getting the hang of the linked scenes. As I mentioned, the interactives are very useful for us, but this one in particular took us a little longer to learn how to use it. Review Source sD sarah D. Have been able to quickly create required courses and will be using to create more. Pros I found Iseazy easy to use with minimal training. You can export completed training to upload into internal LMS system which isn't possible with all platforms. Lots of additional functionality like AI tools to make creation of courses quicker. Good finish presentation and visuals. Cons Although there are many options and tools some can be a little complicated to manipulate into the presentation style you want. Two options available for express or classic course however you cannot convert between the two once the course is created. HR Director Hospital & Health Care Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Disappointing AI Features" January 25, 2024 2.0 Very difficult to learn. The training is not training. I made so many mistakes that I wanted to rage quit because there is no undo. There are a lot of tiny bugs that make it annoying. I still can't prevent people from skipping slides like they promised when we bought this software. Pros There are a lot of pros to the software. There are a lot of templates, a lot of interactive elements, cool features that make it possible to simulate software for somewhat hands on training. Cons My biggest complaint and the reason I give only 2 stars is the AI. At no time in the demo or "training" (Which was just another short demo) did they mention you have to pay $2 and change for each voiceover, whether it is 3 words or three dollars. This adds up fast when you want to use audio in your training. Added to that they provide no guidance on how to use the AI effectively. You just have to pay $2 each time you discover a problem. I even asked for my $2 back on one item and they wouldn't give it. I have spent probably $80 by learning the limitations of the AI. Here is a list so you don't make the same expensive mistakes I did: -The AI can't say the word learned. it pronounces it as learn-did. -If you put $10 it reads it as ten dollar, which is not proper grammar-its dollars -It can't read dates like 3/15. You have to spell it out fully. -If you end on a number like the 16th. you have to use two periods or it combines it with the next word -You can't use an ellipsis (Even when its the name of something) because it makes the words longest most awkward pause. -There is no way to indicate to the AI to EMPHASIZE a word. Writing it in caps just causes it to be read like an acronym. -Use commas to create spacing and breath otherwise it sounds very weird. -If you want to edit in the middle of your paragraph you have to write 5 characters very fast, pause for 3 seconds, then five more characters, then pause, etc. otherwise it will just move the cursor to the end and screw up your writing. -The American voice is very robotic, the British one is slightly better. Slightly. -Don't like the way the robot said a word? too bad you now have to pay $2 and change to see if a different word sounds more natural. These are just the ones I recall off the top of my head. I have never heard of a software where you buy their very expensive subscription and then you still have to pay for every single recording and pay again for every single edit, even if its one letter change. It feels very greedy, especially when there are free ai text to voice that are free and about as realistic as this one. I really doubt it is costing them any more money for us to try editing the words to get a more natural sounding product. They should want our training to sound good so it makes them look good. Having pre-designed elements that you can just drag and drop into the slide makes the process so intuitive and actually fun. I have never thought creating e-learning content could be this breezy. Plus, you have quite a few options to share your content, so your audience can have access to the training hassle-free. I’ve started using it a few months ago and HAD to make my team do the same. They got the hang of it pretty fast and all of a sudden, we’re all creating training material for several departments. Considering we’ve only done like three courses in two years, now we create them in a blink of an eye. Cons Its performance overall has been perfect, no bugs around it. We believe it’s so positive to offer them the chance to train whenever they feel like. Cons except for one time that I had to turn to them to finish setting up an interactive, there’s nothing buggy about the tool. Plus, they helped me immediately. I noticed my students didn’t take that much time to learn from my courses, so they didn’t assimilate concepts that well. But with games, exercises and the highly visual presentation, this is not a problem anymore. Now e-learning content is a pleasure for them to consume. Information is so nicely displayed, they go through slides like never before. I also can adapt my content to an express course or to a classic one, depending on my needs. Pros La facilidad de implementación y el propio uso la convierten en una de las alternativas con mejor proyección y relación calidad-precio. Están en constante desarrollo y mejora así que esto también es un punto positivo significativo a la hora de elegir una herramienta de autor para la adecuación pedagógica. Cons Existen varias posibilidades de mejora directamente en la UI y también algunos detalles que podría mejorar sustancialmente la UX. Pronto me di cuenta del potencial de esta herramienta y de su versatilidad. Además de la multitud de plantillas que te ofrece, su línea de aprendizaje es muy rápida y fácil. Te permite incorporar a tus contenidos una alta variedad de recursos como juegos, actividades, videos..... que hacen que el resultado final sea muy bueno. Además de todo ello, también te brinda la posibilidad de utilizar su plataforma de formación para crear cursos con los contenidos generados y dar formación a tus alumnos. La experiencia del usuario final es muy positiva, ya que no encuentra dificultades para navegar por el contenido, ni bloqueos en la pantalla por errores en la programación del curso, etc. Pros Es un producto fácil de usar, requiere un par de horas de aprendizaje y a partir de ahí se abre un mundo de posibilidades. Antes tardaba semanas en crear un curso con otras herramientas de autor (las más conocidas), con Iseazy puedo tardar un par de días. Te ahorras las programaciones infinitas y revisar que las interacciones y variables funcionen. Aquí no hay ese problema. Lo que ves es como queda. Diseños limpios y compatibles con cualquier LMS. Si te falla la imaginación, pues tiras de plantillas. Tiene todo lo necesario para triunfar Cons En ocasiones, si realizas muchos cursos puedes pecar en que todos quedan igual (mismo aspecto, mismas interacciones). Pero se soluciona metiendo muchas dosis de imaginación. Quizás echo en falta algo de movimiento en las slide. El contenido se queda muy estático. Estaría bien que tuviese animaciones de texto como en el power point. Y también echo en falta poder ampliar imágenes y que se abran en un pop-up. Por último, sería genial poder exportar el contenido de las slide a un formato pdf. Cons Dos cosas que no entiendo que no existan en la versión actual: \*No se puede hacer una simple tabla; tienes que hacerla en otro programa, hacer una captura de pantalla y subirla a la aplicación. Se pierde mucho tiempo en una cosa muy simple. \*No se pueden poner flechas o círculos para señalar una parte de una imagen o texto. En general, la velocidad de la aplicación es mejorable. Ahora, como diseñadora instruccional no puedes desarrollar tu creatividad porque su estructura x bloques en las pantallas te limita mucho, así que no vale para todo. Y con los test pasa lo mismo, están muy limitados en cuanto a funcionalidades. Pros Es muy fácil aprender a utilizarlo y permite crear cursos muy visuales de manera muy rápida. También está en constante evolución porque incorporan mejoras cada x tiempo, es online y no necesitas instalaciones engorrosas, la atención al cliente es rápida y eficiente. Además incluye una galería muy amplia de imágenes que supone un ahorro en la compra de imágenes de galería. Cons La visualización de los cursos en formato móvil no acaba de ajustarse del todo. Los test están muy limitados, es necesario incorporar mejoras. No permite la importación de ppts para trabajar directamente sobre las diapos. Y lo que es más importante, no permite importar otros cursos desarrollados con Iseazy, así que no puedes entregar las fuentes de los proyectos a los clientes, aunque tengan licencia no podrán importar sus cursos y esto me parece un fallo tremendo. Pros Es una herramienta muy fácil de utilizar tanto si tus competencias digitales son amplias como si no lo son, aprendes a utilizarla rápidamente; es bastante intuitiva . Los recursos que ofrece son adecuados y en constante actualización (se añaden recursos de forma recurrente). Cons Considero que poder añadir algo de dinamismo a la maquetación de la slide, podría ayudar a distribuir de forma diferente los recursos (hacerlo menos estático); o bien añadir más opciones de maquetación.
