It’s easy to use, has a sleek user friendly design, and offers so many features! Many other options are very underdeveloped, and this one has been really seamless to use. I’ve only ever encountered one technical issue with it, and my only real complaint is that customer support took a week to fix the technical issue. Pros I love the design and feel of this software. It’s very easy to use. You can manage multiple accounts on here, and you can easily track success of influencer campaigns. It’s a huge help in making business decisions. Cons The customer service is the biggest issue with this software. It took a week to get a resolution on something that’s was really urgent to get an influencer working on a time-sensitive campaign. There was an error with the software that had to be fixed by support. Aside from this incident though, there haven’t been any other issues with the software making it better than other options out there that are super glitchy and underdeveloped. Switched from [Grin](https://www.capterra.com/p/173654/GRIN/) Grin was very glitchy to the point it was causing a great deal of inefficiency and customer support never actually resolved any of the issues. It’s very functional and increases efficiency. It helps keep track of traffic and sales from influencers and manage all of their information. Although customer service is slow to respond, there is luckily not a lot of issues with the software so not much need to reach out to them often. Pros This is the best influencer management software I’ve ever experienced, and we have tried many others at my company. This one has a simple and clean look. It’s very easy to use. It has many helpful features and tracks influencers progress perfectly. Cons The only negative thing about this software is that their customer service is slow to respond. It took 5 days to get a response on an urgent issue that needed resolved to allow an influencer to complete their work. I had to email them 3 times to get a response as well. Thankfully there’s not too many issues with this software so I don’t have to reach out to them very often. Switched from [Grin](https://www.capterra.com/p/173654/GRIN/) Grin was very glitchy. A lot of time was wasted with customer support fixing issues and sometimes they couldn’t even resolve the issues which made their software non-usable.
