It's a really valuable tool for someone like me that need to keep track of licenses, patching levels, devices, certificates etc without having to digg around in many differens systems. Pros I'm no longer blind and can see how many users, devices, software etc we have and have an updated view. Dashboards and tables can be shared with controllers and business so they can see and check their own resources. Cons It provides good value but could be cheaper :) It has the ability to track changes on various KPI's and custom values and alert but it's not realtime. That would be nice.
