Extremely reliable, responsive and helpful in managing the day-to-day recruiting and applicant tracking in a highly competitive sysystem!

Pros

Highly recommend Apploi to any in-home healthcare operation. Outstanding job posting system to maximize exposure with all primary and third-party jobsites. Their ATS System is excellent along with their strategic partnership with myCNAjobs. \[sensitive content hidden\] and her Customer Success Support Team are extremely helpful and responsive.

Cons

The only opportunity that I see relates to a more strategic partnership with AxisCare and data integration.

Excellent! I certainly recommend to other hiring managers. This program makes applicant tracking very easy.

Pros

User Access is great for hiring manager and applicants. Easy tracking to keep up with contacts to applicants. The entire recruitment process is so much better using Appploi than my previous platform. I highly recommend to others.

Cons

The only thing I would change would be the ability to reply right back to applicants in the email notification. This may be an option, but my email protection software prohibits it for me.

Apploi is a very organized program to be used as a recruiter and conduct the onboarding process. I find the status tabs very useful in keeping track of all candidates and their qualifications. Another specific mention, the contact information is accurate enabling us to reach out via call, text and email. This speeds up the time is takes to be in touch.

Pros

I am a new user to Apploi and so far, my experience has been a real pleasure. I am familiar with a few different recruiting programs, and I have found that Apploi has a fine balance of keeping the candidates organized in status when looking for new recruits.

Cons

The only way I can view the candidates once they have changed status is in the employees tab. Otherwise, I am very happy with Apploi!!

The experience was great and the additional training from the company was even better. I love that when a new feature is added you are notified and as candidates apply you have immediate access to their information.

Pros

Apploi is user friendly and a great tool to use. Whether you are technically savvy or just now learning this is an app everyone can use. The text feature is great and the best way to reach candidates.

Cons

There isn't anything I did not like. Apploi assisted me great with contacting clients. If I had to pick something I guess the sensitivity of the app. Sometimes the potential clients got the text messages twice.

Overall, I truly enjoy working within the Apploi platform and find the system to be a strong asset in our recruitment process. The workflow is intuitive, the customization options are excellent, and the overall experience supports efficient and engaging hiring practices. The ability to tailor workflows and communication settings has greatly improved our team's productivity and candidate experience. As with any system, there are a few opportunities for enhancement that would help streamline daily usage. For example, certain minor system bugs can create additional steps—such as needing to refresh the browser to reflect updated candidate statuses. Additionally, because some statuses appear to be hard-coded, we are limited in our ability to fully customize or reorder them to align with our specific operational needs. We also appreciate the PandaDoc integration for offer letters; however, this feature still feels a bit clunky at times, requiring additional clicks and navigation to complete the process. Similarly, the feed integration used to transfer new hire information into our UKG system occasionally presents workflow challenges that could benefit from further refinement and smoother automation. With that said, the positives of Apploi far outweigh the limitations. I am very pleased with the system overall, and I value the partnership and continual improvements the Apploi team works toward. Continued development in the areas mentioned above would further elevate what is already a strong and effective recruiting platform.

Pros

The recruitment process has been excellent. I appreciate the high level of customization available within the system, which allows us to tailor workflows effectively to our needs.

Cons

There are a few minor system issues that impact workflow efficiency. For example, status changes do not always update automatically without a browser refresh. Additionally, some statuses appear to be hard-coded, limiting our ability to customize or reorder them based on operational needs.

My overall experience on Apploi as a recruiter has been amazing so far. Everything I need is all in one place and easily accessible.

Pros

I like how easy it is to reach out to candidates, edit jobs, and use the calendar. The old version is the version I use and it's great

Cons

I don't like how it can be slow sometimes, like when I'm archiving multiple candidates it freezes my page. Or sometimes when I'm updating jobs it takes very long to update and the same thing happens it freezes. Also reaching out for help on chat takes a while

It’s been wonderful. It’s nice that when an applicant applies, you get an email right away, as a reminder to check the database.

Pros

Ease, it’s so easy to use, and I love the emails when people apply as a reminder to check the website!

Cons

None, honestly, I don’t have any negative feedback. Using employee has been a very successful tool for our company.

Easy system to learn and navigate with new candidates, employees have felt the communication time was excellent and easy to use.

Pros

The ease in communication tabs with auto emailing and text messaging. Providing the auto fill information

Cons

The archived candidates are difficult to search for at times when messages are sent back delayed by the candidate

Overall I would say Apploi has made it simpler to attract applicants and the follow up is great. I would highly recommend for your staffing needs.

Pros

It's very easy to use and being able to communicate per text lets you contact applicants fast and set up interviews. We typically get applicants the same day we post a job.

Cons

Initial set up was hard at first following online I would of learned more if was in person and hands on.

My overall experience with Apploi has been wonderful. It is a great tool to use to connect with candidates and future employees of your company!

Pros

When I use Apploi, it is very easy for me to see qualifying candidates for the position that they applied for.

Cons

Honestly, I am not a fan of the "New Look". I prefer the classic look. The classic look is easier for contacting candidates and seeing new candidates when they apply. Please keep the option to switch from new to clasic.
