I love that when a new feature is added you are notified and as candidates apply you have immediate access to their information. Pros Apploi is user friendly and a great tool to use. Whether you are technically savvy or just now learning this is an app everyone can use. The text feature is great and the best way to reach candidates. Cons There isn't anything I did not like. Apploi assisted me great with contacting clients. If I had to pick something I guess the sensitivity of the app. Sometimes the potential clients got the text messages twice. App helps when management isn't available at office and can change schedules through app. Cons Not a fan of way daily schedule prints out. It's not complicated and very user-friendly. Being able to make notes, input statuses, and schedule interview dates & times for each applicant is fantastic. I love that an automatic response from Apploi is sent to the applicants when they apply and also sends a reminder when they're interview is scheduled and right before - very helpful! Customer service has been good and timely responses and communication from our account manager has been top notch. Pros \-The simplified visual look of the website and the user-friendliness -The texting and emailing ability is an amazing feature to have for applicants not available by phone. -I like getting a notification email each time someone applies or texts/emails. Cons I switch back and forth a lot between the "old look" and the "new look" because there are certain pieces of information I like to be able to see/reference in each view. Their website does not have anywhere near the capabilities that Apploi's does. Cons I wish they had phone support, a number I could call and I could get someone to help me when I need it. The OS can be slow but it is easy to navigate. Pros Easy to navigate. I like how you are able to create pre-written response templates. I also like how the ads advertise through multiple platforms. I like the tracking/trending features as well. Cons It can be slow. It often takes several seconds for a single ad or page to reload. That is really the only complaint. Pros The customer support is excellent! Our rep is great with any follow up questions and requests after our implementation and ongoing support. I get quick follow up every time! Cons Honestly the worst part was transitioning to something new! We came over a time where the entire view was being updated so some of my staff got comfortable with the old view when the new view was still optional. Onboarding, offer letters, and the ability to communicate in real time with potential associates. Cons There aren't any negatives that I can think of regarding Apploi. It makes communication with multiple candidates quick, easy, and efficient, saving a lot of time in the recruitment process. Cons One thing I like least about Apploi is that there isn’t an option to move hired employees into a different folder. Because of this, they still receive new job texts, which can be confusing.
