August 6, 2020 5.0 This is a great product that really streamlined the hiring process in our organization. It allows a faster response time and organization of the candidates applying to our company. It's not complicated and very user-friendly. Being able to make notes, input statuses, and schedule interview dates & times for each applicant is fantastic. I love that an automatic response from Apploi is sent to the applicants when they apply and also sends a reminder when they're interview is scheduled and right before - very helpful! Customer service has been good and timely responses and communication from our account manager has been top notch. Pros \-The simplified visual look of the website and the user-friendliness -The texting and emailing ability is an amazing feature to have for applicants not available by phone. -I like getting a notification email each time someone applies or texts/emails. Cons I switch back and forth a lot between the "old look" and the "new look" because there are certain pieces of information I like to be able to see/reference in each view. December 29, 2025 5.0 Excellent! I certainly recommend to other hiring managers. This program makes applicant tracking very easy. Pros User Access is great for hiring manager and applicants. Easy tracking to keep up with contacts to applicants. The entire recruitment process is so much better using Appploi than my previous platform. I highly recommend to others. Cons The only thing I would change would be the ability to reply right back to applicants in the email notification. This may be an option, but my email protection software prohibits it for me. I can clearly see their resume, do an initial skills test, message back and forth with them and schedule video interviews. It integrates with my Google calendar Pros Gives great visibility to your job posts by posting in a considerable number of platforms at the same time and renewing the job ads periodically to get them to the top of the list. You can also sponsor your ads through Indeed for example to give them even a greater visibility. There are a few things I’d love to see improved—like being able to export reports to Excel—but overall, it’s been a solid tool that helps keep things organized and moving. Pros It's super easy to use, which I appreciate. Posting jobs and tracking applicants doesn’t feel like a chore. I also really like that it’s made with healthcare in mind — things like credentialing and onboarding are way smoother. The whole process just feels more organized, and it saves me a lot of back and forth. Plus, it makes the hiring experience better for candidates too, which is always a win. Cons I wish there was an easy way to export reports directly to Excel. It’d make it way easier to dig into the data or share with the team. Right now it feels a bit limited on that end.
