The customer service is great too. Pros It is very easy to use, the costs are reasonable, and for the most part, the candidate flow was very good. Cons I didn't like the fact that if there are two people assigned a user, once the candidate is viewed, it will no longer show as new on my dashboard. So I would have to go through all the viewed candidates every time I logged on to make sure no one was missed. Pros The most important feature was how to Navigate the system, and how it post the jobs on other sites. Cons I don't have any cons or complaints...this product is has helped our Bus Agency reach numbers like never before. This software is perfect for finding candidates from all the job search engines. Pros This software has increased our number of applicants significantly. It is user friendly and has team of experts on standby in the chat button to assist with questions or direction. This software has improved since I've started using it like the added application process. The most likeable feature in this software is the ability to view the candidates experience and text directly from the website. Nice!!!
