Overall, I truly enjoy working within the Apploi platform and find the system to be a strong asset in our recruitment process. The workflow is intuitive, the customization options are excellent, and the overall experience supports efficient and engaging hiring practices. The ability to tailor workflows and communication settings has greatly improved our team's productivity and candidate experience. As with any system, there are a few opportunities for enhancement that would help streamline daily usage. For example, certain minor system bugs can create additional steps—such as needing to refresh the browser to reflect updated candidate statuses. Additionally, because some statuses appear to be hard-coded, we are limited in our ability to fully customize or reorder them to align with our specific operational needs. We also appreciate the PandaDoc integration for offer letters; however, this feature still feels a bit clunky at times, requiring additional clicks and navigation to complete the process. Similarly, the feed integration used to transfer new hire information into our UKG system occasionally presents workflow challenges that could benefit from further refinement and smoother automation. With that said, the positives of Apploi far outweigh the limitations. I am very pleased with the system overall, and I value the partnership and continual improvements the Apploi team works toward. Continued development in the areas mentioned above would further elevate what is already a strong and effective recruiting platform.

Pros

The recruitment process has been excellent. I appreciate the high level of customization available within the system, which allows us to tailor workflows effectively to our needs.

Cons

There are a few minor system issues that impact workflow efficiency. For example, status changes do not always update automatically without a browser refresh. Additionally, some statuses appear to be hard-coded, limiting our ability to customize or reorder them based on operational needs.

What I liked least about Apploi was the limited filtering options when reviewing caregiver applicants. While we understand the importance of equitable hiring practices, having more flexible search criteria—especially for roles involving personal care—would help us match caregivers more effectively with client needs.

nothing its really awesome - maybe I wish there could be more drop down options for the section of view in review unqaulified ect. the rating system is very silly as well too many options of how to rank canidate - just have one drop down menu with a nunch of options and sub options

Pros

Highly recommend Apploi to any in-home healthcare operation. Outstanding job posting system to maximize exposure with all primary and third-party jobsites. Their ATS System is excellent along with their strategic partnership with myCNAjobs. \[sensitive content hidden\] and her Customer Success Support Team are extremely helpful and responsive.

Cons

The only opportunity that I see relates to a more strategic partnership with AxisCare and data integration.

The experience was great and the additional training from the company was even better. I love that when a new feature is added you are notified and as candidates apply you have immediate access to their information.

Pros

Apploi is user friendly and a great tool to use. Whether you are technically savvy or just now learning this is an app everyone can use. The text feature is great and the best way to reach candidates.

Cons

There isn't anything I did not like. Apploi assisted me great with contacting clients. If I had to pick something I guess the sensitivity of the app. Sometimes the potential clients got the text messages twice.

Excellent! I certainly recommend to other hiring managers. This program makes applicant tracking very easy.

Pros

User Access is great for hiring manager and applicants. Easy tracking to keep up with contacts to applicants. The entire recruitment process is so much better using Appploi than my previous platform. I highly recommend to others.

Cons

The only thing I would change would be the ability to reply right back to applicants in the email notification. This may be an option, but my email protection software prohibits it for me.

I utilize Apploi to staff the facility, if used correctly new hires can be in the system in 24-48 hours. Apploi also tracks the response time and tracks usage.

Pros

Apploi has the easiest recruitment process in the market. Onboarding, offer letters, and the ability to communicate in real time with potential associates.

Cons

There aren't any negatives that I can think of regarding Apploi. I have had nothing but positive experiences.

Pros

Easy to navigate. I like how you are able to create pre-written response templates. I also like how the ads advertise through multiple platforms. I like the tracking/trending features as well.

Cons

It can be slow. It often takes several seconds for a single ad or page to reload. That is really the only complaint. I often get locked out of the account also.

So far, so good. It’s been easy to use, especially for hiring in healthcare. There are a few things I’d love to see improved—like being able to export reports to Excel—but overall, it’s been a solid tool that helps keep things organized and moving.

Pros

It's super easy to use, which I appreciate. Posting jobs and tracking applicants doesn’t feel like a chore. I also really like that it’s made with healthcare in mind — things like credentialing and onboarding are way smoother. The whole process just feels more organized, and it saves me a lot of back and forth. Plus, it makes the hiring experience better for candidates too, which is always a win.

Cons

I wish there was an easy way to export reports directly to Excel. It’d make it way easier to dig into the data or share with the team. Right now it feels a bit limited on that end.

What I like most about Apploi is the bulk texting feature. It makes communication with multiple candidates quick, easy, and efficient, saving a lot of time in the recruitment process.

Cons

One thing I like least about Apploi is that there isn’t an option to move hired employees into a different folder. Because of this, they still receive new job texts, which can be confusing. I wish there were a way to separate hired employees from active candidates.

The customer support is excellent! Our rep is great with any follow up questions and requests after our implementation and ongoing support. I get quick follow up every time!

Cons

Honestly the worst part was transitioning to something new! We came over a time where the entire view was being updated so some of my staff got comfortable with the old view when the new view was still optional.

The customizable stage workflows, automated reminders, and easy-to-read dashboard make it simple to see exactly where each applicant is and what next steps are needed, saving our team hours of manual follow-up.

Cons

While Apploi’s feature set is impressively robust, the abundance of advanced settings and technical terminology can feel overwhelming at first. It would be great to see a more guided onboarding experience or contextual tooltips to help less-technical users get up to speed more quickly.
