We typically get applicants the same day we post a job. Cons Initial set up was hard at first following online I would of learned more if was in person and hands on. Cons While Apploi’s feature set is impressively robust, the abundance of advanced settings and technical terminology can feel overwhelming at first. Defiantly worth the money Cons I wish that there was a customer service phone number as well as the chat feature because I learn better when talking to someone and sometimes I need an answer asap and the chat can take time. I also like the scheduling and applicant tracking features because they help keep everything organized in one place. Cons One downside of Apploi is that some features can feel limited unless you upgrade to higher pricing plans. The data stores for years and we are able to ensure we don't waste extra time on "repeat" applicants, which saves us time and energy to focus on our recruitment of new Caregivers. Cons I do wish that Apploi was easier to train new admin staff on. There is so much to learn, that having a "training" video or some other "live" training would be amazing for my team. It provides different levels of control for both corporate and onsite staff. My level is pertinent to my needs and I always have Apploi support if needed beyond our corporate support. Pros I like the user-friendly interface the most about Apploi. It helps in keeping organized and archives pertinent information about candidates. Unfortunately for us, we are in an industry that has turnover in one of our support roles. Apploi is perfect for filling those roles. Pros Complete integration with online postings and the texting feature is what we use the most. Everyone that has access can see the entire thread and instantly puts everyone on the same page.
