I am constantly on the hunt for good candidates to hire and apploi makes it easy. Pros Apploi is very user friendly and is designed to make everything easily accessible and organized. Cons everything was great the only suggestion I could make is giving an option to mark someone as a "no show" when an interview is scheduled but the candidate does not show. Review Source dA dov A. There are a few features that would make it better. Pros It is easy to review new applicants and filter out those who are not qualified, when required. Cons I have to log in to know if there are new applicants to review. I don't have notifications sent, which would make it much easier. Pros The ease of use, txt and email functions. I also enjoy being able to sort through the applicants. Being able to schedule interviews and reminders are helpful as well. Now they are hired and already to go. Pros It's easier to book interviews because the app sends the text or email directly to the applicant. They reply back and we could schedule the interviews. Cons That any walk-in applicant has to be put into the app manually.
