It allows for easy review and organization of job postings and potential employees. Cons There was a bit of a learning curve to determine what was in Apploi’s purview or another onboarding tool. I have been successful in recruiting quality employees. Learning this system as a new user was very easy. If there have been any questions, the support team at Apploi has been able to assist me timely. Pros Apploi is very user friendly for publishing open positions, reviewing new applicants, communicating with applicants, setting up interviews and adding them to my Outlook Calendar. The text/email templates setup make it quick and easy to communicate with applicants. Overall, Apploi is efficient and effective for our ATS needs. Cons There is nothing I can think of currently that I would improve on Apploi.
