August 9, 2024 5.0 Above Average! Very Positive! 10x's better than the previous system our company used (can't give names, sorry). Pros Extremely user friendly. There's a button/note for everything! I love that I can keep track, so closely, to my applications. Cons I have heard from more than one candidate that the automated interview reminders are excessive (although I don't necessarily think it's a bad thing). Personally, I don't like that once I change the status of an application, it sends an automatic text/email to the candidate. I want to send personalized ones each time to fit my availability. Pros I like being able to see the resumes briefly, and also being able to keep track of who i have reached out to, who has responded and who has interviewed all I one place. It is very user friendly, has customization features that is above the rest and makes my life easier! Not to mention the group of staff in every department that will take care of your every question and need! Cons The only job board this is link to is Indeed and I wished it could expand to others like, My CNAjobs, etc. Switched from [CareerPlug](https://www.capterra.com/p/127634/CareerPlug/) Apploi became a preferred vendor for Right At Home Franchise and when I saw the demo I was incredibly impressed with how much easier the overal usage was. In addition, Applois integration with Indeed has been a tremendous help, and the ability to sponsor ads directly through Apploi is a game changer when working with multiple businesses! Pros Ease of use is critical for us when training employees on the system. Being able to introduce a new Apploi user to the system in thirty minutes or less is a huge plus! The system is highly user-friendly! Cons Not being able to post our own blind ads can be difficult and having to turn off email notifications every time we post a job has also caused some issues when having multiple people post jobs. Email notifications being automatically turned off and then on if needed would be very helpful.
