Pros

I really liked that it was easy to set up for our customer service team.

Cons

Cost! This was very expensive compared to competitors .

From a car park operations perspective, there is not much software out there that meets the requirements for an operations team. This software has proven to be a very valuable tool.

Pros

\- Easy to get started and set up. - Easy to use. - Good price - Met all the requirements for our car park operations team

Cons

\- Could do with a little more customization options. - Would like a few more 3rd party application integration options
