I highly recommend it! Pros Our teaching staff at Monroe Public School hasn’t had much training in GradeMaster but it is so user friendly they were able to navigate the program on their own. The customer support is amazing. If you have any questions they are there for you and help you immediately. We definitely recommend this program! Cons Just a few kinks getting your student body set up. Just a few calls and emails and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]had everything fixed and up and running! Having tried many different programs, Grademaster saves our teachers from unnecessary steps when imputing our students grades. Pros It very easy to navigate and input information for our students. It's clear and organized, and I appreciate the customer support. Cons When adding, transferring or removing students from classes, there seems to be some over glitches in this process causing delays in getting information uploaded when needed. I Pros I love that \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]and his team are so quick to reply and provide customer service. It's easy to use and doesn't require a great deal of training. Cons I would like for the progress reports to have comments from all year saved on the report. I'd also like for there to be social/learning skills for the entire school year rather than just each grading period. The team has been of great support since I started using GradeMaster. They are quick to respond and make things happen for me in a timely manner. Cons I still have to depend on GradeMaster to do a lot of things. If I want to make changes myself, I have to email support team and they have to do it on their end. The interface and functions still need a lot of work. This program was a HUGE time saver! I was able to take the scantrons, scan them in, and it would give me a ton of stats about the tests as well as enter the grades as long as students had correctly entered their student IDs which saved me time from having to manually enter everyone's grades individually. Cons I had a few problems learning the right way to get the grades to enter automatically and if people hadn't made pencil marks on their scantrons correctly, the scores would sometimes pop up wrong. But as far as the ease of use of the software itself, it seriously has saved me HOURS of work and I couldn't be happier!
