Perfect company, incredible customer service and competitive pricing.
The pricing was good for making and receiving calls which was the man reason we took this tool over creating our own within Asterix. We could make VOIP calls easy after integration of the tool.
Cons
The software can be a bit confusing without the proper training for navigation.
Web portal lack a bit of polish (multiple logins for different proucts, weird alignments sometimes, options that are "not available", but still shown...).

Pros: Great software that lets my application come to life by enabling VOIP through it and call center management. I can work with customers with my staff in many different places
Cons: It wasn't easy to get the integration working but support was there to help in case my team needed it.
