Its a way better product than other software sites like Level 3, VOIP Innovations and Onvoy.

Pros

What I like most about this software is their easy to use porting dashboard that allows me to put all the information of the port on one screen.

Cons

The thing I like least about this software is I wish some of the rejection codes sent were easier to know.

The pricing was good for making and receiving calls which was the man reason we took this tool over creating our own within Asterix. We could make VOIP calls easy after integration of the tool

Pros

Great software that lets my application come to life by enabling VOIP through it and call center management. I can work with customers with my staff in many different places

Cons

It wasn't easy to get the integration working but support was there to help in case my team needed it.

The database is real time.he navigational features and automated messages providing status on pending orders that are not able to be fulfilled during the initial order process.

Cons

Unable to edit comments or delete attachments in orders . To many invalid rejections.More port control of toll free numbers

The ease at which I am able to submit port requests and track them. It is easy to navigate and train with.

Cons

The software and supporting database functionality doesn't support some of the reporting I would like ot be able to do and the UI could be updated to show data like ports in a better format.

Pros

The portal is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Managing and tracking customer very easy and a great help for a reseller.

Cons

Not being able to track or view past orders such feature changes as placed under a number. The system only shows the latest order and by whom rather than the whole history.

We like the ease of navigation through the portal. Bandwidth customer service and support is always a great experience. Bandwidth knowledge of our account makes order completion ease.

Cons

Lack of route changes in Bulk through the portal. SMS Dashboard availability is not available at this time.

I had very quick response from support and management. It was nice to know how quickly they responded to my request, and I felt like our customer was being helped.

Cons

I can't think of anything. Our requests are handled quickly, and we are updated with any changes in the status of a ticket.

This company has not been down for as long as I remember, and I'm using them for over 7 years. In addition, their footprint, and products are great and advanced for advanced users.

The portal is easy to navigate and intuitive. Having the API to be able to link in is great so we can automatically submit ports or order new numbers

Cons

Some of the portal is manual and the team doesn't always see the notes right away. It would be great to be a little less manual

This makes porting really fast. Easily order new numbers.

Pros

Its mostly automated allowing me to make corrections easily. Employees are always polite and helpful, many going out of their way to assist in issues.

Cons

The advanced address form portion is a bit confusing. Automatic delay does not seem to work or when you press it the order goes into exception as the FOC is past due. More debugging on the delay activation part might be in order.

Ease of the portal and the ability to make real time changes. Able to select from multiple DIDs in one rate center.

Cons

Unable to order multiple Rate Centers in one order. No option to update the whole order with Switch changes. Have to do it line by line.

New beta for number ordering doesn't include TFNs and being able to request a large amount yet. Once that's fixed, it won't be a con.

What I like most is that there is a tutorial for each process. So if you're out of the office for awhile and need a refresher, those tutorial are there to help.

Cons

What I like least, is having to cancel and resubmit an order if you need to remove a porting TN from an order. I feel there should be a way we can remove TN's from orders without resubmitting.

Good value, working reasonably well with our API.

Pros

On about 50% of searches can get the numbers I need when looking for specific prefixes. Customer support is courteous and often quite helpful.

Cons

Company has been very inflexible in billing inquiries. Often cannot find the numbers I need. New dashboard is nearly always not effective.

It would be nice if the email notifications that are generated from their portal, could have specific information that could identify the project/order that is being updated or questioned.

Pros

Portal is very easy to use and user-friendly. Requests are processed quicker than most carriers. Customer support is excellent!

Cons

Sometimes it lets me chose an FOC that's sooner than possible and I don't get an error until after I submit my request.
